Good lil breakfast spot. Clean and bright. I ordered a cup of organic black coffee and an OJ to start. When the waitress stopped by for my order I selected the Normandie Omelet with roasted red potatoes (home fries) added avocado and sour cream and sourdough toast. Truly a nice and delightful place located right off the 5 frwy at Alicia Parkway. The menu has quite an array of choices to suit the hungriest of desires.Recommended! Give them a try....
I went to Lulu's Cafe today for the first time in a very long time. About a decade ago, I was a Saturday morning regular. I liked to sit quietly with my breakfast after a hectic week. But the owner would seat himself at my table and push pyramid schemes. So, I stopped coming.I'm so glad I gave it another chance this morning. The new owner is charming. When I asked for Eggs Benedict without bacon, she had the kitchen prepare Eggs Florentine for me even though it's not on the menu. Hoo boy, it was rich and delicious. Just amazing. They also made an iced latte for me even though it's not on the menu. I am as spoiled as my Jerry.RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND
My favorite brunch place. I always have hard time choosing a dish to order. Everything is so tasty, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I would recommend savory crepes with Gruyère sauce or savory crepes with white wine sauce. Although, sweet crepes are just as delicious, I usually order those if I’m in a mood for a desert afterwards.
I was brought here for a breakfast date today and it was amazing. I got the Three eggs any style with bacon but I had French toast on brioche bread which I've never had in my life and I feel this is how French toast should be made every time instead of Texas French toast. my lady got the crêpe with bacon and spinach with cheese and white sauce.I will come back very soon thank you very much for your hospitality and good coffee.
Still one of the best breakfast/brunch places around town. Perfectly located right of the I-5 on Alicia Parkway! It is not a chain restaurant. And that makes a huge difference. Sammir, Susan, Lulu, Marlene, and Lina are such wonderful people. They always make us feel welcomed. We have been coming to this place for about a year or so, maybe a bit more.It can get crowded here, it all depends on the time. We are usually there every Sunday or sometimes every two Sundays right after church. The food is really good, they already know our order (They come to our table and say: The usual?) lol, today I did have my first Mimosa… lol. It was so delicious.Definitely, still recommended!! Dine-in (Inside or outside)
Has a great feel. The breakfast meal I ordered was brought out quickly and was tasty. They have all the traditional breakfast meals and lunch. The prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend them.
I love to eat here when I'm in town. It's a small, family owned business with fantastic food, organic coffee, and a sweet owner who is also the waitress. I don't know if it's just my imagination or not but I feel like she puts her heart into her work and it's a pleasure to dine there and thereby contribute to the continued success of the business. This place deserves it! I don't believe they're open Mondays or Tuesdays though, so be aware of the days and hours of operation.
Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend their eggs Benedict, waffles, crepes, French toast and pancakes.
I always stop by getting some food in this place. I enjoyed the speedy service and well cooked dishes. Kudos.
