Do NOT order delivery! They use door dash and it is impossible to get a hold of them!!!!! Worst experience!!!!! Delivery was quoted at 7:25 and then went to 8:05 how cold can a pizza be?
Had to wait 15 mins since nothing was ready nor did I place the order online….wish I had.Pizza was hot on my lap, chicken wings were tasting and I was a happy girl
The price is good, but the service is bad. They did seem understaffed.We came in and bought an extra pizza ?. Cashier said 5 mins. So 25 minutes later another customer comes in and asked if any pizzas ? are ready to go. She says yes and gives the pizza to the woman who just walked in. I speak up and cashier says oh. You will need to wait 5 more minutes.Crazy. Order ahead or go elsewhere.

Make sure you ask how much your pizza is before you pick it up if you are ordering by the phone I ordered half a cheese and half pepperoni and they charged us “speciality price “ of &7 instead of $5.50 when the actual extra pepperoni pizza is $6.50 unfair and not recommended
Ordered online, was supposed to be ready at the latest 8: 02Tey here im typing this at 8:20 and was just told.it should be ready in 5 min. Think they are under staffed here and can not keep up with the number of orders. Seem no one is getting thiers on time as the portals are blank. I hardly ever complain except im hungry and still waiting.

Unprofessional staff! , they'll try to hide inside as long as they can while customers are waiting for long, i felt bad for this old man, it's hard for him to speak english and just wanted for some clarification on his order, and this big kid working there clearly doesn't want to pay attention this this man's concerns. Staff here needs more training on how to handle proper customer service. It's really bad.
On Sunday September/5/2021 I was on the phone from 6.00 p.m to 7:10 p.m no one answer the phone in between I drove there and talk to Jeffrey according to him he was a manager and told him how upset I am I even told him I was trying to order on line but you guys do not have my order online even I was trying to go creat your own that does not let me make it so he was too rude and he must take care of his anger the way he treated regular customer like me he was that rude to almost kick me out from store . This issue with Jeffrey must be take care of immediatley.I wish could give him no star.
Was picking up a doordash order from here and waited for about 30 minutes. The lady kept on saying it’s almost ready and kept on going away while being very rude and disrespectful. One of the worst places I’ve ever picked up from!!!
