Drive through was quick, they usually are even with a long line. The orders are correct 8/10 times but when there is a mistake they fix it with no hesitation. They stay busy even when ordering at the register. Staff is on point with the order and always confirm your order before charging you for it. Restrooms are kept clean. The lobby is clean.

I was always skeptical of how good In-N-Out Burger was....but finally after trying it. It really lives up to the reputation especially this location. The burger was fresh, amazingly tasty and cheap. I wish there was one in Baltimore. I would say by far it is the best fast food burger you can get and probably the best burger period for under $4.
I love In-N-Out plain and simple! This location I have visited many times on business travel to Irvine and it’s super consistent and always fresh and delicious.
THEY DON'T HAVE A DRIVE THRU!!!!!I understand why they don't. It's a tight area and to put one in would cut the storefront in half.Maybe it's the fact I was inside, but it felt shorter than a drive thru would be.

Great experience if you have the time to sit down and eat! I mean it is a burger joint plus, so a drive-thru is usually the norm. But I’m all for saving the earth and I can live with out all that pollution we creat waiting in line. Great staff and the manager Jacob! Saved me by fixing my nephews order! God Bless & thanks again!

You know I've never been into In-N-Out My wife loves it I really don't however the one we visited is always clean but it's always a long wait for your order. The staff there works very hard No doubt about it Just not really crazy about their food but I rated it a 4 as the staff does work hard and maintains it really well
