It wasn't very busy, but we wouldn't see the server for 15+ minutes at a time. It took about that long before anyone stopped by to even take our order. Dropped off the check, had to wait until 15 minutes before he grabbed my credit card.The food was hot and fresh, but very lacking in flavor. It was purely average.
I was out on a date night with the wife and randomly chose this place. We ran into a waiter in the parking lot and asked on a scale of 1-10, what would you rate this place? he answered 9 only because there is always room for improvement. His honesty made use try it. He ended up being our server and a damn good one at that. The food was perfect, not overly seasoned, flavorful, and good portions. The service was a 10 out of 10; the atmosphere was a 10 out of 10, and all around the whole experience here was a 10. Thank you to our server, Alex, and the rest of the staff for a memorable night.

This is one my favorite mexican restaurants. The food is amazing and well priced. Service is fast. IF you are looking for comfort food this is the place!
Traditional Mexican with true authentic flavors that will leave you in Mex-tacy!I had the Combo-Fajitas Plate (beef & chicken) with lots of onions & bell pepers in a chipotle/pato type flavor sauce.This plate comes, literally, sizzling-hot and garnished with a separate rice & beans side-dish.Note: If you really want "The Works", ask to add shrimp as well. Its totally worth the extra few $$.Oh, and their chips 'n salsa is awesome as well, always delivered warm and spicy.My only gripe is that their side of guacamole (appetizer for the chips) is surprisingly plain. No chunks of avocado. (Just overly mashed) and no discernable added tomatoes or onions or extra spices. Seems like its missing a lot of latin goodness.
Love this restaurant. Service is always quick and efficient. The food is delicious. I love Pepe's Mexican Pizza.
South OC Mexican Food go to. They have really good margaritas, house, Cadillac, and other options. Full bar and a menu of all the favorites. I would recommend this place for brunch.
Went for Taco Tuesday. Choice of shredded beef or chicken. Hard shell and really yummy! House margaritas great.
Great food, excellent service, affordable prices. Owner was welcoming and said restaurant was over 20 years old. Leftovers the next day were great.
Great food, great staff and very friendly. Made you feel like family from entering until you left. I had shrimp tacos and they wonderful.
