Second day in a row, yesterday we came in and it was a long wait to order and then to get out orders.I had to ask for my coleslaw to be exchanged for something else because it was rancid.Today we got here, there weren't that many people but it would have been a 15 minute wait to even get chicken so we had to order burritos. Our time was limited since this was our lunch break.I only gave it two stars because the chicken is good and not over cooked, however we won't return to this place.
Got 2 double chicken bowls from this el pollo loco brought then Jones and realized they put no chicken in one and barley any chicken in the other also the avocados the used were gray and black really poor execution.
What an ugly experience !!! If u really wanna get ignore at a restaurant this is the right place. They don’t greet customers at all and they don’t act sorry for ignoring for you for almost 15 mts. When there is no one in front waiting in line. Then they take their time to get the order ready this was my third visit to this place and the the final. They don’t know what customer service is. No wonder no one puts a good review about this place………. Totally unhappy
This is the worse el pollo you can imagine. Eric the manager is extremely rude. You wait 15-20 minutes just to order. They completely ignore you. The tables are filthy. I’ve got to find something better!!!!
Very dirty smelly floor, bathrooms and restuarant, don't risk your health eating there, unfriendly staff, I don't recommend this horrible location for you.
It takes 15 minutes before someone to takes your order and looks like they don’t know what to do.
Came here yesterday around 8pm, they were out of chicken !! I can only order tostadas, burritos, etc. Came today, the wait time for chicken is 30 minutes. This is by far, the worst pollo loco branch I’ve been to. Cannot keep up with the demand. Do something about it !!What details do you want? There are a lot of frustrated customers when I was there yesterday.
Such a bad service... there was a yong shorty lady. With a very bad attitude. I just say if you are not happy with your job. Why would you even go to that job... just go to school for a better job. So you don't spread your bad vives on the customers.
Come on guys get your scanners fixed. Waste of time. Can’t read the coupon the manager lady was careless and argumentative. Not recommend bad experience
We had to ask for the burrito before we drove off. Then realized she didn't return my credit card, so had to drive back to get it. When we got home, realized 2 of 3 drinks were wrong... No receipt provided either.
