Food shows up and is fine, but every time literally every single time they never ever bring the dipping sauces. Then not only do they not give you a refund for what you paid for and didn’t get they say “we’ll credit you for a free pizza next time”, guess what happens the next time you try and order. We have no record of that. Oh and the soda you order is room temperature, trash business and employees wish I could give zero stars to these clowns
Please Avoid this location if you can.The pizza quality is horrible. They served us burnt pizza. I submitted an online complaint with Dominos and never even received a call back from this store to apologize and offer refund.I’m also going to file a complaint with the Orange County Health Department for serving such bad quality food that causes stomach pain.
I have always loved the pizza here, but last Saturday night I ordered a pan pizza and the dough was partially raw. I tried cooking it some additional time in the oven, but it just wasn't up to my pizza lovin' standards... I didn't even think about getting it replaced until it was too late, so I'm really only putting this here to let them know they need to watch the cook time or oven temp or something. We couldn't eat it.
Pizza was delivered raw and when i called about the 50 dollar order for a pizza, drink and bread i was asked to prove it by texting a pictire. There was a credit for the next visit but i would never go here or order from here aga8n. The man on the line at Dominos was rude to me and accusatory. Ridiculous. Its like they advertise one way and but do not follow their offers of satisfaction at all
Perfect pizza (try the Cheeseburger specialty pizza!), delivery always on time, friendly drivers. A great store!
It's hard to give a star to an order I haven't even received, but in the past you were always awesome, so I won't give you 1 star, just for 1 screw up.I placed an order at 0729 pm last night. It is 0905 am the next morning, but we still have not heard back from Dominos regarding the order. I would like to get my refund. It is $60 with change, and I am not ordering anything else from you again. I cannot get to anyone by phone. All of your customer service lines are disconnected. Why do you let go of your corporate customer service office staff at night, if your stores are open till 1 am, and customers need help with their transactions?At around 0830 pm last night, 30 min after I placed the order, the tracker said the order was delivered. I called the store, and the guy said the tracker was broken, he only had 3 guys working that night, and that he was ready to walk out because he could not take it anymore. This was the last time I had any communication with Dominos.You know, it's just pizza. I don't care if I did not get it. You gave me a favor, less junk food, carbs and cholesterol. I like the convenience, though.
lousiest domino's I have ever ordered from. manager has no sense of management. 25 minutes delivery, took 55 minutes. they deliver 4-5 orders at the same time, so they travel all over and by the time you get your order, it is cold and gross.
Went to this domino’s today and the food was just gross. See pictures. Who would give food to someone that looked like this?!?! Pizza was burnt and no clue what they did to the knots. We threw it all away. Will NEVER go back here again! Disgusting ?
Would Not Recommend this location Order a Speciality Pizza. Pizza tasted like cardboard and presentation was terrible. Manager was defensive unprofessional about it. Rather then just sending us a replacement.
Domino's Laguna Hills I tried to place a order because I was having trouble online placed an order and the gentleman from yesterday took my order with no problems gave me 20% discount Well tonight the general manager was very disrespectful and refused my order, However, she stated to placed it online you will get your 20 % that be the only way. I asked who was over her, hmm she stated very rudely" the owner "as if nothing will happen., Before she hung up the phone, she said you have a great day she was very rude.. I've purchased a lot of pizza from this area from 2016 through 8/2021 will not happen again I will never order pizza from this place again.
