Service was very slow. I think servers kept forgetting about us.

After eating and boxing up our remaining food to take home my daughter and I had to wait an abnormally long time for our bill, picking up my credit card for payment, and, also, a long time to receive the final bill for acceptance and signature.
Every single item from drinks thru dessert were delicious & served in a well paced manner. Service was excellent & our sever, Holly D. was friendly, attentive & most importantly intuitive!
Really appreciate now being able to make a reservation. Our server was terrific, she was super friendly and sharp. Anticipated every need. Food was perfect. Only thing that would make things better is to have some bread served with entree salads...when you're paying nearly $20 for a salad it would be appreciated to have some bread served with it. Better value and makes you feel like you're getting a full meal.

Despite asking to be seated inside, we were seated outside on enclosed patio area while most of inside tables were open. Asking our server wasnât helpful as she shrugged her shoulders and said thatâs all thatâs available for 6 people. Our server was friendly but service was not good, not sure if we arrived on a handover time slot? We loved dining at BJâs but itâs not at the same standard or quality any more. Feel quite disappointed.
First off, the service was very good.Now, comes to the food. I ordered jambalaya. If you don't like to eat a spoon full of salt with every bite you take, please do not order this.The food came very dry and looked dark and old. When I tasted it, it was beyond salty. I edited the picture to make the food so much better than the actual thing. My husband ordered a chicken club sandwich, the chicken part tasted ok but the bacon was also super salty. I won't be coming back again. This BJ probably gets all they can use free salt supplies.
