Where do I start with? Outstanding service or amazing food. This place is wonderful. They were so patient with our kids orders, helpful with the spills, kind with requests, absolutely all-around wonderful service. The food matched the service with flavorful and tasty food that included stuff the kids loved, and me, like French toast with orange zest butter, real syrup, and fruit, pizza for the win with my son, side of eggs for my youngest, beet and buratta salad with perfect toast for me, and a gluten free vegan bowl for my lady. ALL WINNERS! Thanks for the lovely lunch today, tasty food, and incredible service. We'll be getting some pastries on the way out. Sorry, the food was so good forgot to stop and take some photos first. Worth the short, couple of minute walk from Laguna Beach's Main Beach.
You might miss this delicious food experience if you drive by too fast. Note that there's no sign alerting you to Zinc. We had to walk up and check the menu posted outside to see that it was the restaurant we wanted to try. Service was excellent. Staff were helpful and courteous. Food was tasty and the portions were substantial. We had the Caprese sandwich, bowl of chili, house salad, and the Reubanesque sandwich. The covered outside seating was comfortable. Be aware that the birds can be very friendly. Guard your food. I wish they sold the bread used for our sandwiches. We could tell that it was real bread!

This cafe was recommended to me in advance of our trip. It did not disappoint...such a nice indoor shop combined with lovely outdoor dining...and such tasty food! I'll be back!
I like to go to this breakfast spot occasionally with my family because you can sit outside. I usually get muesli, scones, and a latte, but they also have scrambled eggs and juices. It can be very crowded here, but it is well worth it.
Great selection in a very casual atmosphere. Beautiful patio area although the seating is limited, and the overflow seating in the alley could be improved.
Always have the best meals and experiences at Zinc! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. The shop inside is great for gifts and treats for loved ones. Thank you Zinc!! Laguna wouldn’t be the same without you.

Great breakfast spot in the heart of laguna! Food is consistently decent, but don’t find it to be that great of a value, and service is just okay. A solid B, but worth trying out for yourself.
One of the best places for breakfast anywhere! ? Love Zinc Cafés steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit and nut topping, and double cappuccinos!! ❤️
