I loved this place, was the best king crab I’ve had. But the last few times I’ve been here were disappointing. And this last time was VERY disappointing. 75 for 1 lb of king crab legs, which wasn’t my problem it was the fact that it was not fresh, the crab meat was spongey, had a taste of old frozen seafood. You know that taste of old fish, that’s what it tasted like. Owner didn’t even apologize. I didn’t ask for a discount, more legs, or refund. I simply just wanted the owner to acknowledge my disappointment. He didn’t. Will not return.
Been in laguna most of my life. I used to tend bar at ocean Avenue brewery, which was an icon here in laguna. The wharf replaced laguna beach brewery and LB brewery replaced Ocean Avenue Brewery. We decided to try it out. It was dead even tonight, which is a Saturday evening over the 4th of July weekend. We tried it anyway. We ordered the clams, oysters on the half shell, clam chowder and deviled eggs. OMG I’m still sick to my stomach hours later. It was terrible to say the least! Everything we tried was the worst thing we’ve ever had. We’re actually laughing about it. Tge server was great but the ambience was terrible also. They turned the place into an ugly looking night club. OAB was never beautiful but it wasn’t ugly. Now it’s weird and distasteful. The vibe sucked. Definitely not the chill, beach vibe expected that laguna deserves. They played trans music the whole time and it was just not a good experience. Bummed me out. This place won’t last long. Hopefully. Definitely don’t try it and I’m forgiving. ??
Food is good. A great to meet friends. Entertainment is always great!
Great ambiance! Spectacular live music while you enjoy delicious food and the coldest beer and cocktails. Service is excellent too, as well as the prices.
This was a great stop on our trip . Our server, Connie, was seriously amazing❤The band they had played Violent Femmes, The Cure.....and the fish and chips + fruity IPA they have on tap were both soo good .
Came upon this place when a friend was in town and we were just walking around. Stopped in and grabbed some lunch. Can not believe how excellent of an experience we had. Ricky our server was great and the food was exceptional! Everything was excellent. Garlic bread was crispy on top, but moist and tender in the middle. Shrimp pork belly burger was incredible and the fries were cooked to perfection. Had a couple rounds of drinks from the bar, and the specific concoctions ordered from the bar were the best I'd ever had. Kudos to all that worked there on 4/23/2022!

It’s a really friendly and chill atmosphere. There are a lot of regulars as well as people just walking in. I’ve been there twice with friends to hear the band play and dance. Food is good and drinks are strong! The owner is always there taking care of whatever needs to be done and even dance a little. I think this is turning into a regular hangout for me.
The customer service is great and the TV’ s have the NFL on with sound! Awesome food!
Great place on a Sunday after dinner with good music and great food. However the oysters were not that great.
