Great location, good (not excellent) food, and really great service. It's very convenient -- right on the beach -- and has nice views. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu is kind of upscale diner.
Definitely paying for the location. My burger was OK and my margarita tasted like watered down store bought mix . Also they brought out breakfast sausages when we ordered mozzarella sticks lol
Get the fish and chips!!!We here with a big group on a Saturday for lunch. Service was great, we love Jean!!!, the workers are kind and working hard. Drinks seem pricey but they are generous with refills!I got the fish and chips and it was delicious. I split it with my mom and it was good for 2. Laguna burger was pretty good but pricey. Overall we loved our food and they experience!
The wait staff was great, but the food is overpriced (it's Laguna Beach) and just so so. I had a turkey club and my wife chicken quesadilla. They were fine (how do you mess us a club sandwich?), but there's nothing to rave about, so we'd probably go elsewhere next time.
The view is great, the staff is nice, but the good was lacking. We got burgers, sandwiches and such, and everything was dry. Not bland, but dry. It had flavor, but soooooo dry. I had to take apart my hamburger and eat it without the bun. Good taste, but even then it was dry.
GREAT FOOD! Really amazing burger and fish and chips!
Excellent location! Unfortunately everything else about this place was a let down. Service was inconsiderate, prices are ridiculous considering how low-effort the food is. For a $23 burger I would expect the cheese to be melted and the patty to be juicy, instead we had a cold slab of cheese on a dry patty. Fries had no seasoning and were cold, the beer was warm and the margaritas tasted like a warm glass of water with some tequila. Pricing for cocktails was also hidden, a $10 bottle of beer, and all other cocktails were $16+. Servers also pressured patrons to buy more drinks and desserts which either we not on the menu or didn't have a price.
This restaurant is a local staple and has been around for years. They have a reputation for good food and beautiful views. They are right on the beach so make sure to sit outside and you can see the water and also watch the volleyball games. The food is traditional Americana and solid. You don’t survive this many years and serve bad food.Service is top notch and friendly.
Great view of a gorgeous sunset.
We had the unfortunate experiance of eating at Greeters Restaurant in Laguna Hills. I was excited to try the Laguna burger, I ordered it medium rare and explained I wanted some pink. I said I like a juicy burger and cannot eat overcooked meat. The waitress assured me that I would receive a delicious burger and it would not be dry at all. It looked beautiful on the plate but it was nothing like the description . I received two very dry patties with cheese, onions, lettuce & tomato on rye with none of things in the description. My $24 burger was supposed to be medium rare and come with thousand island dressing, mustard based bbq sauce, carmelized onions & poblano chiles. It was the dryest burger I ever ate. (Did not finish it). We also ordred the fish & chips (crispy in the outside but mushy and no taste), calamari also mushy with no seasoning...very bland, chicken wings in a thick sauce; also very bland. We were also given a shrimp cocktail nobody odered. Tasted like frozen shrimp that has be thawed and again a mushy mess. Tried to get the waitress to come back because I swear I was given the wrong burger and toi get what I ordered. After the waitress erved the food she announced she was now gong on break. The only thing edible were the french fries that came with no salt. (ate them with malt vinegar & ketchup). I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are several shops and restaurants across the street It smelled very good on thta side of street...eat there.
