Really disappointing. Sushi roll was pretty tasteless and ramen was clearly made from a pack with some pork thrown in; clumped, overcooked noodles and a strong and unappetizing MSG smell.The menu said a 15% gratuity charge would be added, but I was charged 16% extra for gratuity, which they would not change when disputed. Though a minor difference, it's a reflection of negligent if not unethical business practice.I feel disrespected after being given a bill of $71 for two orders of tasteless sushi and supermarket-quality ramen noodles. Do not expect to be coming here again, and would not recommend.
Not great. I got the tonkotsu ramen and it was all msg and no flavor. The water was free and tasted fine though. I found it weird that the menu said we would be automatically charged 15% tip but when the check came we got charged 16%.
Not too bad, but a bit noisy, and service is a bit slow, and may forget part of the order.
My family and I wanted to enjoy a nice sushi dinner for my mother's birthday, however, that never even got to happen we were rejected at the door.My brother is disabled, with a well-behaved medical alert dog. This dog is vital to his well-being, and a prolonged separation could prove fatal. Koira, our dog, will alert to his oncoming attacks so he can take his medication in a timely manner.We requested a table indoors and were promptly refused. Apparently, news to the city of Laguna, this is the only resturant which does not require allowing entry to service dogs.We will be reporting this flagrant violation of ADA law.MERLENE, thank you for ruining my mother's birthday.
What are these people doing? From the moment we entered only cash no credit cards. Also we charge 15 percent tip included. Ordered a tea cane in a paper cup. We missed the old days of good food and fu . Not worth going there anymorewe dat
This place does not offer tap water (you have to buy for $3.50) and everything on the menu is overpriced. One of my friends ordered white rice, received sushi rice instead, and got charged twice ($5.50 per side of rice by the way).The sushi itself was fine but nothing special. I paid $18 for the side winder roll which wasn't even a full meal. This place also automatically adds on 15% gratuity which isn't a problem but something to look out for.Every other restaurant we ate at in Laguna was better
OVERPRICED AVERAGE SUSHI. Food was OK but not even close to worth it, as they charge 50% more than most 5-Star bars anywhere else. They also charge you for WATER and WASABI (...How friendly). To add insult to injury, they force you to leave a 20% TIP. Atmosphere worthy of few cheap draft beers, which they don't offer.
Great location, super friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere and quite good sushi.
Food was meh. They don’t have water, so you are stuck paying $8 for a water without a refill. We spent $25 just on water. Insanity. Rolls were meh and overpriced. Skip this place.
