This is a great âupper scaleâ restaurant in Laguna Beach! The seating reception was outstanding, most places commonly ignore this important aspect of hospitality. The food and service were great. The view of the ocean is one of the best, spectacular and we home with ocean view but this setting is breathtaking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Extremely easy to make reservations. Waiters were very accommodating and very friendly.
The hotel is looking a little dated. The ocean view magnificent. Sat outside pigeons attacking us. Not enough shade with umbrellas. Need something different. Wait staff never returned to off more iced tea- had to call then over twice. One time there was no ice - in the iced tea.
Manager was very helpful in getting a table that was suitable. Great service!
The service and the food were superb. The negatives were that the parking lot was full when we arrived, and we had to scramble to find a parking spot on the street on a summer weekend in Laguna Beach. It was also jarring to have people walking through the restaurant in swimsuits without cover ups. Would love to return but not during the summer months

So happy to see that Splashes is still the amazing place we remember. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and the staff and food did not disappoint..oh, and the VIEW!! You don't go to Splashes looking for a value..you go for the view, the amazing food and service. Staff was wonderful! THANK YOU, Splashes for always allowing us to celebrate our anniversary dinner with you every year for past 20 years.
