Staying in the Laguna hills for 2 weeks on vacation and had breakfast/coffee here almost every morning. Prices are a little steep but the coffee is delicious and the service is great. Favorites included the CAB (bagel with cream cheese and avocado) and the almond croissant. Will miss this coffee shop once we leave!

I would give 4 or 3 stars fir this brunch because food and beverages are great but the bad attitude of most the employees except one that his work and ethics makes significantly observed among them in every visit. he stay calm, doing his work ad fast as he can and remain respectful, today I had to ask him his name to mention it here. Great job Benson (Y) keep up shining
It was nice to have a large parking lot.There were so many people.But the drink came out quickly.The drink was sweet and delicious to my taste.
I got VTM Frappe and it was pretty decent. Strong but not bitter. Similar to what I had in Vietnam. Highly recommend if you like strong coffee. Service was good. I come back here often. Will try their espresso next time.

VTM iced coffee and a hot black americano to drink and a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and an almond croissant came to just under $20 so not somewhere I'd recommend heading as a daily stop but certainly worth it every now and then as a treat. The star of the show was the Vietnamese coffee, delicious, worth going just for that. Customer service experience wasn't on par with other places I've visited in the area but nothing to grumble about, just an observation.

Bill Dot Coffee is a popular coffee shop with many locals and people from a long distance. The baristas were so kind and offered many options. I got the VTMMatcha and my friend got a hot chocolate. I thought my VTMMatcha was delicious and the Vietnamese Coffee was so good. There is WiFi so, this a good spot to do homework and hang out.
