horrible! the bowls, they were fine. the service, absolutely horrendous. we waited at the counter for 15 minutes while two workers stood and talked. then, when we ordered, the employee that helped us, went back to talking while the couple behind us waited. we ended up waiting a whopping 45 min for a small classic bowl and a smoothie, that was an hour in the same stop. anyway, we asked if the bowl was almost done and the employee said very rudely that it was getting topped. i said very kindly, trying not to cause any conflict, “i’m so sorry but my bowl wasnt supposed to have any toppings, so if i could just get that now, that would be great!”. She responded with a loud sigh and then we waited for the remainder of the time and missed 4 trolleys! if you have a crazy amount of time for a ridiculously priced bowl, with 1/2 star service, this place is good for you. if you don’t, never, ever, eat here
The smoothies and bowls are good if you don't mind waiting 30 minutes at least (even when there's no line). Also, if you order online, chances are they won't make your order until you show up to pick it up.
My husband went to grab us one fruit smoothie with 4 ingredients because we're vacationing right nearby. He waited half an hour (as one of the only patrons there) and when he asked and the smoothie still wasn't done, he asked for a refund and left. Ridiculous!!!
Thee best. The wait can be a little long if your waiting to catch th3 sunset... lol but sooo worth every second. Fresh and so yummy
Beware, you always will crave this after trying. Other acai bowls don't compare for some reason. I recommend adding chocolate chips to your favorite bowl. I usually get the log cabins or Maui sunrise. If your in a hurry do not expect to be able to walking in and out, call a decent amount of time ahead and they'll hold it in a fridge till you get there, because they're awesome!
I've had several of their menu items and I enjoyed them a lot. If you need a "pick me up" this will do it for sure. I love fruit so I may be biased. Great quantity and reasonably priced. Staff is always friendly. However if you're in a rush keep in mind that the times I've gone; they always take quite a bit of time preparing your order. But well worth it.
My son took me to the location in San Clemente when I visited him over the summer and the açaí bowls were amazing!!! ? I so wish we had them here in Seattle.
TOOK 40 MINUTES for ONE BOWL. Service was terrible and slow. Four people (two different parties) left angry. Me and my friends were stupid to wait.
Waited an hour and a half for 2 acai bowls. Terrible customer service. Don't even bother standing in line to order since they will ignore you in favor of fulfilling online orders.At least the bowls are tasty.
Great place to get smoothies and banzai bowls! Just took a little while longer than expected to receive my order because they were understaffed.
