Die Empfangsdamen waren nicht sonderlich motiviert und hatten nicht sonderlich lust uns noch einen Tisch zu geben. Nach weiteren 30 min konnten wir denn endlich unsere Getränke bestellen. Die Kellnerin war denn auch sehr bemí¼ht das und hat uns als Entschuldigung den Nachtisch ausgegeben. Das essen war ganz OK! Bis auf unsere Kellnerin die wirklich sehr bemí¼ht war, war der Service sehr ungení¼gend!!!

We Had an amazing afternoon at ALESSA!!! Nancy was our server and was so knowledgeable about the food and wine we just told her to order for us. Everything she served was over the top notch authentic Italian cuisine. You can even see the three Italian chefs cooking if walk towards the back of the restaurant and your greeted with Ciao Bellaâ¦. Ooh La La I almost melted in my paints heheh yikes it hot back there!!!!. 5 star all around
The food was delicious, love when you get homemade pasta! Service was also great, attentive and pleasant from start to finish. Glad we had reservations from Open Table for quick seating. Only drawback is it is quite loud inside and you sit pretty close to other people/tables.
Great table service, large portions, served fresh and hot
We went with friends before Pageant of the Masters. The pasta was perfectly cooked we all very much enjoyed our selections. I had the Lamb Parpadelle which was recommended by our server. It was fantastic.
The food is outstanding. More staff is needed. We love all the dishes we have had. Thank you for wonderful taste treats!!
Food didnât come out, after asking multiple times over and hour and twenty minutes, we asked for the check and not to be charged for entrees. They did the right thing and let us leave without paying. Itâs as loud and crowded as the other reviewers say. There are just so many better options within 50 feet, do yourself a favor. This place is a total mess and the food that the other tables near us (where our waitress didnât lose their order or follow up with the kitchen) didnât look all that great either. I donât believe the rating on this site. Maybe 3 stars at best if you everything works out for you.

Great place to dine in Laguna Beach. Outdoor patio seating was great. Food and service was outstanding. Canât wait for our next visit to try more things on the menu!
