Honestly had not been here for a while because the quality of service and food was not very good,and today I went hoping it would be a better experience and guess what not very good, they took too long and still got my order wrong, salad was salty and not fresh I do not plan on going back will be looking for a different hamburger joint to give my business, today I spent $65 and feel like I got robbed and I didn’t even enjoy my food

Awesome manager lady, on her game! She makes the place run like a machine. Friendly quick service and great food. Sorry to hear she's going to the Habit in San Dimas. Sh will be missed a lot!

Placed our order and then we were informed they were out of fries. Paid with credit card. Was informed they were unable to refund or reverse the transaction and we would have to wait for them to email their corporate office the following day for a refund.So no food and no refund is apparently their policy.
Today's lunch was very disappointing ordered a Teriyaki burger ant large coke and a regular char burger combo, after 20 minutes I checked on my order the food was ready but they were waiting for the Teriyaki burger. By the time I got everything was cold. Than I had to ask for my drinks. I ended up asking for my money back. Got it and left.
Excellent customer service keep up the great work.Food is great. I think the prices are good . Some people the price is high. You get what you pay for. Food was great! Price sucked! Everything is inflated now a days. Now they got the Habit. I could not believe my bill was $16.00 I like the Habit. Always get a double cheese burger. I thought I would try the new Chicken Ciabatta sandwich. Was delicious too. Just not for my budget. ?
