Location:Good, Parking: Fair, Service: Fair, Price for food received: balanced, Overall: This was a first time try and when I walked in the place was not very busy. I noticed the hostess did not seat me until I had to walk up and ask. I did order the Chow Mein (Spicy Level 3) and have to say it was very well prepared. Now I only had water but you would think they would look to see if I needed a refill. By the time they did stop by I was almost done which was kind of a bummer. So would I get food from there again, yes. Would I sit in the restaurant, maybe one more time. But I did like the cook from the back who did bring both my first meal and my to go order out in a decent amount of time. 3.5 stars...
The portion sizes are generous and tasty. Be sure to try the Drunken Rice, it’s very good.It’s a little pricey, but it’s also good quality and recommended.

Pad See Ew was delicious, but the Pineapple fried rice had 2 shrimp,5 very small pieces of chicken and no pork, mainly rice for $17. They also forgot the fish in one meal. I'm hoping it was an off day. Will give it one more try.

Their Chines Chicken Salad and Oad Ke Mow is my favorite. After moving away for over two years I made sure TOA was on my list for my 3 day visit. Even after all this time, it didn't disappoint

The food was excellent, and the service was wonderful. The woman who helped us (the owner, I think?) was personable, kind, respectful, and generous. We will definitely come back if in the area again!
