Location used to be another Mexican food location. Hasn't changed much inside. Overall, food is good, great even at the price. Had a burrito, was decent. Salsa was good, you can tell they make it here, great flavor and has a decent kick. Will likely come back in the future. Parking, entrance, seating, and counter are all accessible.
Better than most Alberto's and other similar Mexican food joints.I only had the bean and cheese burrito and horchata, but I enjoyed both and plan on ordering it again.
Crunchy Chicken Tacos are the best!!! I ate them fast but this was left over from the tacos, a lot for your money. I could have made another taco. My new spot!!!
Tried coming here twice. The first time ordered some beef and chicken hard shell tacos. They were good. The second time I don’t know what happened. The tacos did not look or taste like the first time I ordered them. I don’t think they’ve nailed down their recipes for consistency. Also, ordered an horchata. It tasted horrible. I’ve never tasted an horchata that literally tasted like rice with water.
Bad customer service. The food was ok. The cashier had an attitude when I tried to ask about a missing item / charges on my order. She wouldn’t even let me get in a word in to ask about the charges. I was willing to place another order for the items she missed the first time. The restaurant charges a transaction fee for using a debit card. :( I asked them to waive the debit card transaction fee for the second order. The cashier was going to waive it but a cook in the kitchen said no we can’t. We were still missing some tacos from our original order so we decided to go to Del Taco across the street. I will say the customer service and food seemed to taste so much better. :)

Great food if you are in La Verne / Pomona area. I came in on Taco Tuesday, they have some good specials ($5 for 5 tacos) and the Agua Fresca was bomb! I can’t believe I just found out about this place, 10/10 recommend!
I never really write any reviews but this time it's a must. Hands down best mexican food I've had in a long time. If you're in the area you have to stop by and give it a try. The Customer service is really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!
Work around the area and Albertos is Great but always packed! Definitely coming back great tasting food and great customer service. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for authentic fresh Mexican food!! 10/10
