Food was fresh and delicious. 3 stars because there's only 1 employee plating food and waiting on customers while the others appear to be preparing pick up orders. Long wait at lunchtime.
Food is decent, place is clean the only reason I don't go there more often is because I don't get my moneys worth. They count every "little" piece of Chicken, beef, shrimp you order (and believe me it's not much at all) If they accidentally put an "extra" piece of whatever you're ordering they will scoop it out of your plate.No thank you,
Small portions especially for prices and they actually will take food off your order if they think you got too much. Not like 99% of all other places where they want you to enjoy your food and make sure you get decent amount . Shrimp was tasty and paid extra forushroom beef and was waste of money there was only tiny pieces of meat it was mushrooms, rhey were tasty but to pay Extra and not really get what was supposed to be .sad. also u can't eat Inside or throw away your trash as rhey like to cover rhe trash cans with empty try upside down..
Good service but quantity started to decrease from prior purchases. Will revisit review depending on next purchase
Store ran out of box and game family meal on regular single bowl container. I asked if they were the same volume and they said corporate trained to do this when they ran out of boxes. I verified their claim and the container is 20 oz where the box are 24oz. They were giving customers less while using this container. If you got the bowl instead of box, ask for refund to corporate website. Not fair practice.
Bad actitud really bad service wait 20 minutes and only served online orders they don't care if you are wanting to order.
Don’t go to this location. No indoor dinning. No outdoor seating and no bathroom to wash your hands!!! What kind of a food establishment is this! Don’t support this location!!!!
It's fine. Food is good, generally friendly staff. They no longer have the fork packs. The fork comes with the bag loosely now. I wouldn't care except my back ripped last time and all my food fell on the floor. Covering it with napkins would fix that, but then we'd basically be back to what I would prefer - fork pack w/ napkin.
Tables are all taped off. Cannot dine inside. The excuse is that they are short staffed. I say Nay Nay! There were 4 people behind the counter and 3 employess sitting at the table by the drink station playing on their phones. Food was ok. Be prepared to take your food home or eat in your vehicle like it was during the peak of the pandemic.
They don't always start your order ahead of time so that is ready for pick up. So make sure to check in when you arrive. They have always been very fast to respond once I get there.
