We had been here years ago, it was very good. This time not so much. We always expect a wait on a Sunday, so that was not a problem. Either the Hostess was having a bad day or, she was extremely overwhelmed. Never once did she greet me, smile, or make eye contact. I felt like I was bothering her. I too am a Hostess, I always try to make people feel welcome and let them know I appreciate them coming to our restaurant. She was short and downright rude. I almost left. We waited two hours to be seated. Once seated, waited a bit more for coffee, and for our order to be taken. Our server was very good, she kept us updated on the status of our order, which did take quite awhile. The food was good and hot. We had a very hard time getting refills on coffee. I guess they were having a problem with the dishwasher in the back so they had to close early, they were wanting people to leave. Two cups of coffee, I was afraid to ask for another and felt rushed to eat my food. Not sure why the dining area had to be cleared since the problem was in the back??We may try again during the week. Maybe the Hostess will be having a better day ?
Location: Good, Parking:Good, Service:Okay-, Food for Price:Balanced, Overall: This was a first time try and Norms has been around a long time. A favorite for many who enjoy watching the planes come in and take off with out too much noise. There is both inside and outside seating. Outside was chosen to see the planes. The place did seem pretty busy which was a good sign and someone was getting a birthday song which was also fun. Now getting a dirty coffee cup to drink out of is not fun and was identified and changed. The food did take a bit longer than I thought it should but due to it being busy I was kinda okay and again the planes were cool to watch. The food was well made and I did enjoy the biscuits and gravy. So yes I would like to try other items on the menu and bring others to give it a second go aeound.
My husband and I went to the hangar 2 years ago before the races and really liked it. So we decided to go again this year before the races. SO DISAPPOINTED!! My husband, son, and I ordered our drinks and food. We sat at our table for an hour with no food. I was on my 3rd cup of coffee, my husband and son finished their drinks. We ended up canceling our order and leaving. Tables were being cleared but no food really coming out of the kitchen. Had to find another place to eat. We won't be back!!!
First time here. Will definitely be back. Had a great experience. Our Waitress Nera ( I hope I didn't mess up her name ) was very nice and attentive. Even though they were very busy, she was prompt. The atmosphere was very cozy. Food was very, very good. I had the Chili cheese omelet with home fries. The chili they put in the omelet is very good. I also had a pancake instead of toast, also very good! I am picky with my pancakes. These were good! Next time I'm going to try and sit outside and watch the planes land and take off. Keep up the good work and props to the chefs!
Excellent first impressions! Will definitely be coming back.Came here during brunch with my significant other. Wait time was not bad at all, approximately 5 minute wait to be seated. Great view of the mountains, along with air craft viewing. The breakfast was hearty, and tasty! I ordered the pancake combo. The pancakes were great! Large, and heart. Got scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was over cooked, but tasty nonetheless. My love ordered the waffles. Flavors were great. The texture was thick, which made it filling..The friendly staff was the cherry on top! Overall had a fantastic experience, and brunch to start the day.
Really good breakfast spot. One of the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. More than enough for two. Coffee was fantastic. Very friendly service. Awesome view of the mountains and airstrip. The only complaint I have was it was a little cool in the dining area. Will definitely be back.
Great food, and great service. Could not ask for anything more. Love the view of the runway on outside patio. They even have the air traffic coming through the speakers so you get to hear the pilots and the air traffic control tower. Ultimate experience. Will definitely be coming back many times.

Great breakfast and service by our waitress. Too bad it was foggy and couldn’t see the airplanes take off.
Huge breakfast for the cost, i got eggs over easy, w biscuits and gravy and a whole plate of hashbrowns for like $12? somewhere around there. food was cooked to my specifications and tasted great.
