They put a lot of effort into the decor on the place and it looks great, they have pretty good food and they got my order ready in like 30 seconds. Highly recommend.
Outstanding help today, Natalie took my order I went to sit down and there was my sandwich. As a senior citizen I appreciate customer service. It was on display today!

Me and my wife walked into Jimmy John's sandwiches guess what we fell in love again with the sandwich we ate there nice clean place. The crew very professional and very polite highly recommended if you want good quality food it was so good that I even ordered a chicken sandwich to go good job guys keep it up!!
This review is for the service I received on my first visit to Jimmy John's.There was a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a discount on their sandwiches. My boyfriend and I both have separate phone plans with T-Mobile so we were able to get one discount code each. The codes were only redeemable if we placed an order online so that's what we did. I went to go pick up our sandwiches. Apparently, my online order didn't go through and it was too late to place a new pick up order cause they were going to close in 15 minutes. I asked one of the workers if it were somehow possible to order using the discount code in the store since I could no longer place the order online. The worker said no and then proceeded to mentioned how people have been redeeming multiple discount codes when it's only supposed to be one per person. I felt that the comment was unnecessary because my boyfriend and I have separate T-Mobile accounts which gave us a code each so we were not abusing the system. I didn't understand why it was necessary to mention that when I was just asking if I could use the code in store cause I couldn't place an order online. I don't know if this had anything to do with COVID19 but I feel like I should mention it since the Asian community has been getting a lot of hate--I'm a small Chinese girl and the worker was a white female.On a side note, my boyfriend picked up sandwiches from here on another visit. Both their tuna salad sandwich and ham and provolone are good choices.

My experience at this store is amazing every time. The staff has it together. They are on top of it all the time. They have great customer service and always friendly. They make me feel like I'm at home when I come in. They know me by name and everyone of them always call me by my name when saying hello or even goodbye, they are truly an amazing group of employees. By the time I'm done paying for my meal they have already made it bagged it and are handing it to me. Talk about great service , I can't say enough. This is the best sandwich shop around. Thank guys.
