Dylan the bartender is amazing. So knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!!
Service not good when our food was brought out didn't know who had what. Asked for extra condiments got them when I was almost done with my meal. Last but not least when I got my check gave my card to pay when I was almost home checked my receipt and I was charged the wrong amount about $14.00 extra charged me for someone else's check. Went back and spoke to the manager she apologized but people in my group said she should have offered to comp my meal. Very sad not a good experience, food was not very good.
I went on a bust Friday night but the customer service was excellent, the food was so good. And the bar made their drink to perfection. I was worried the service wasn’t gonna be so great since I have experience other places have subpar service when busy but I was very impressed with how they worked under pressure.
I've been to a few different chilis locations locally and this one was probably the best. I usually order the same thing every time and they made it so good at this location! The staff was nice and on top of everything. The store was clean and in good repair. I will definitely be going back!

My sister and parents eat out often. I don't but when I do Chili's has a great meal for two menu but it is limited. The meal was delicious, it was more than enough to fill us up. It also comes with a dessert choice and an appetizer for two. I was disappointed in the appetizer choices they were extremely limited and not appealing at all. And when I called to see if we could get something different and pay the difference they wouldn't allow it. But the dessert was delicious and I picked it up curbside.

We always come to chili's but today will be our last! My husband checked in with the manager who was in the front at the moment and she "checked him in". As we waited people came in and got seated pretty quickly and we're thinking to ourselves, well why haven't we've been called? I ask and the man checking people in asked what he wanted us to do about it? DISRESPECTFUL! Someone came and sat us down after 3 groups after us got seated before for the fact that we weren't checked in. I asked to speak to the manager and the same man said “okay” with such sarcasm. Again DISRESPECTFUL. The manager kept passing by and I realized he probably didn’t let her know so I asked our server if she can get her. She finally comes and I realized why the man was disrespectful, because she was as well. Not once did she apologize. She said well the technology didn’t go through. Really the technology only didn’t go through with one person? Or did you just forget? Then she went on about how he’s new and it’s his second day. If he makes a mistake okay it’s his first two days, but being so disrespectful and unprofessional like that? Is there no pre-training? Does chili’s just hire without asking questions about certain situations and how to handle them? As I’m talking with the manager and she seemed annoyed by me and rolled her eyes and offered us chips and guacamole. No I don’t want your food anymore. I am not one to complain. I have had my food come out wrong and I’m fine. But being unprofessional and disrespectful is another thing! I WILL NOT COME BACK! I hope everyone reads this and rethinks about coming here.
Living in La Verne I've eaten at Chile's for approx 25 years or since the day they opened their doors. Always had good service and the food is always tasty. Tonight I had the Brisket hamburger it was good just a little messy but that's why you have napkins.
