Didn’t get my chicken stars when I was the only person in the store like how do u miss 1 out of 3 items in the bag

Amazing customer service! The gentleman working the drive thru last night was super kind, patient, generous, humble, and helpful! Yalls speaker freak me out everytime though, I pull up, the automated female voice tells me about a deal, and next thing it's a dude with a deep voice!???

It's average, they need to change their soda machine, there sodas either have to little syrup, or no carbonation. And occasionally to much of either.

Went to order my food the young lady (receipt says Alexandra) taking my order was very rude! I ordered crisscut fries and she only gave me normal fries charging me for cross cut. I try ordering a large Oreo shake (offered on the menu) she said we don’t have Oreo, changed it to a large chocolate shake (on the menu), and she said we are out of whip cream, I said that’s fine and the order screen showed large shake and criss cut fries. Once I pulled up to the window I see a tiny cup smaller than a small, that she’s making the shake in. I questioned the size and she said we only have one size. I get there have been a shortage of cups and they could have run out of large cups but that should have been said before - the price for the shake was way too much for a tiny cup. I could barely hear her on the intercom and at the window not because of a mask but because she seemed annoyed at the questions and not having an easy order - it’s not the customers fault the menu isn’t fully available AND it’s not the employees either. Not the best experience and frustrating and food was not exactly hot when we got it either - no line.

The employees are usually nice but shop has slacked for a long time. Always expect to wait 5 - 10 minutes in drive thru and it is never packed. Lately they have messed up my food more than usual and then Today on the 18th at 1143pm I wait behind one car for over 4 minutes to even get to speaker so I can order. Then when I get to speaker the young lady said sorry we are closed even though they just took the cars order in front of me. There are other fast food near by, go there. Disrespectful

The food was good, the lady at the window had issues, I wanna stay away from her

I could count the number of times my orderr came out right on 2 hands. What’s wrong with the staff here? The can’t understand no cheese no onions order? This store needs HQ intervention now.
