We were wanting pizza so we picked Bagelry and Brew to eat at. So glad we did!! The wings are delicious! along with pizza. We got Sal's special, OMG it had so many toppings it was so filling. We give this place a 10 out of 10 atmosphere is great ?
I only tried their bagels this time. Ordered half dozen with cream cheese pack. I think the selection is big enough. They even have sweet versions such as chocolate chips and such. They were a bit floury (meaning I taste the flour itself). Also crust is not hard and crispy as you find in New York or kosher bagels. I think the staff are quite nice. Since they also serve beer and pizza and Italian dishes, it is a better than simply bagels. Outside seating is plenty as well as inside dining. Also there is a drive thru.
Brewed coffee was self serve and tasted great. I had the 3 item omelette and it was delicious. The fruit was good but did look slightly tired. Bagels are fabulous and so many flavors to choose from. Very friendly staffs and owners.
My favorite bagel place of all time. Been coming here since they opened when I was 4. I'm 26 now and have moved out of town but miss their bagels daily and every time I visit home I have to have one! I really love the jalapeño bagel specifically, and their cream cheese is delicious. I'm blanking on her name, but the lovely waitress that has been there the past two decades is incredible as well. Thank you guys for the amazing food and service over the years ❤
I honestly don't know how this place has such a high rating. The food is mediocre at best especially for the price. We got two cheeseburgers along with fetes and a pizza bagel. The burger was cold and the bread was hard and stale. The bagel pizza was a bigger disappointment there was barely any cheese and 4 slices of pepperoni. The added salt to the wound was that we waited 40 mins and we were the only ones there.
The pizza and food is good and the service is great, the new owners are really trying, but they don’t have Michelob ultra… mostly specially beers…. I’ve asked many times, I usually bring my own while waiting for my order….They have two TVs but it’s not a fun or sports atmosphere…. More like eating at a grandma convalescent home, music lights and seating…..
Got the spinach and parm plus an everything. It's delicious and the lady who helped me was very nice and answered any questions i had. Definitely coming back
This place has the best Ranch dressing I've ever had. They make it from scratch. The pizza is the best I've ever had and so are the garlic cheesy bites. I have to have them at least 2 if not 3xs a week. ??
I’ve been going here for about 2 years and loved it but the last two times I’ve been have been a little disappointing. Staff is nice but my bagel went from filling to empty. I asked for a New Yorker and this is what I got. No Avocado and barely any salmon. I don’t think this is worth $10.
Been coming to this location for a number of years. They always have very delicious pizza and bagels. Everything on the menu is good. Very spacious interior for dining, and lots of tables for outdoor dining also. The best lunch spot in La Verne. Like what the new owners have done with the place.
