I usually love this place but I just ordered through my phone and they messed up my burger by adding extra mayo and pickles when I asked for none and they didn't even add the bacon that I paid extra for. I tried to order again because they messed the first order up. The second burger came late and undercooked. Will never order from here again.
Don't order online or through a food delivery app. They prioritize only in-person orders and don't work on the food until you arrive and ask for it. And even then, they make you wait 20 minutes plus.
My kids love eating here. The location here is really cool. They have outdoor seating with lights and the indoor seats are always clean and the staff is always friendly.
Worst Habit Burger I’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE!!It took me over 35 mins to get a simple order. People who came in after me were being served first. The staff was rude and unhealthful. I’ll never go back here.
First, long wait time. I ordered Santa Barbara char and fries. The sandwich was salty and oily, the fried were not fresh. Very different than what they pictured
Waited for over an hour for a soggy burger.
Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to get out curbside pickup that never happened. You can order on the phone but have to go wait with everyone inside as they are super backed up and no supervisor to give help to the staff. Too bad...Great burger but wait crazy long for a meal. Take home and all cold. Everyone there waiting said they won't be back.
Mamy of the other posts on here unfortunately are true about the wait times, service etc. It happened to me twice in last two months. I won't patronize them here in the valley. Costly too! They don't have their act together! Extremely sad for them and me! I am a huge fan since 1997 and have eaten over 200 times at the original on Hollister and the 217.
