The staff is clueless and thus your drink(s) may become lost, I recommend you hold on to your receipt. Drinks that should not take no longer than 10-15 minutes took over 30-40 minutes. You may need to remind them about your order. One of the most generic drinks you can order at a Boba tea shop tasted horrid. The best they got going for themselves is the tapioca pearl (boba) itself. Not sure if that says much. There are better alternatives out here in the valley than this shop.
Trendy and delicious. Lines and wait get pretty long during peak hours. Highly recommend the secret garden sparkling if you are looking for sweet and fruity. Green tea with lychee for something refreshing.
Best Boba in town Hands down! The aloe Vera kiwi was super refreshing! And staff was very friendly!
I used to love coming here, they had the best bobo latte. My most recent visits have not been satisfying though. They hardly put any brown sugar drizzle around the cup, I am drinking literal iced milk with boba. They also did not put enough boba. I am only halfway done with the drink and there’s only 2 bobas in my cup. And this has happened multiple times. Also I waited 10 mins for my drink when I saw it was there ready for my first 3 mins of waiting. I don’t understand why they have to go by the order of numbers. The order in front of me had 4 drinks and I had to wait for their order to be done in order to get mine when mine was ready a long time ago. It’s disappointing):

Not even worth one star their drinks are super good but their customer service sucks there can be 4 to 5 associates working on drinks in the back and all of them will steady glance at you while you stand in line waiting for just one associate to think about taking your order the associates who keep looking at you to not once say a word or even have one associate stop to assist the new customers that walked inI been goin here for years and this is has yet to change and I’m beyond over itIt take two seconds to have one out of the 4 to 5 associate to stop and assist the new customers who walk inI will be contacting the better business bureau today and everyday after today about this on going issue
Stopped in for a nice fruit tea and loved their variety and flavors. The staff was awesome and my tea was excellent. I’ll be back for sure.
Best boba! Love all the flavors they have and toppings. Wish they had a location in Palm Springs but they're definitely worth the drive.
Workers are very nice and super fast! Boba is very delicious of course- plus they have a huge menu, which is awesome! Definitely my go-to place for boba :)
