[in my opinion] To assess a brand as recognizable as the one in question... With as much research and development as there is... The driving force of repeated business with the same customers isn't what is being provided [between competitors] but rather... WHO. Their quality of character, who they are. Not just an agree-with-everything person -but someone who treats others how they want to be treated. Jose, Manuel and Jorge are the individuals of honor in this review. Not the establishment. It's these individuals who make this Starbucks.... My Starbucks.
I don’t understand how they charge you $.60 For caramel drizzle when you ask for a caramel drizzle around the cup, but then only get it at the top of the cup. Then to ask the barista hey I asked for around the cup she said yeah that’s an additional $.60, but the drink is originally $5:75 and I paid at$ 6.30 so I think you charged me already. The barista at the drive-through then said oh that’s how we do it now. Then why can’t you just be honest and tell me that you’re stealing $.60 from all your customers without letting them know upfront it’s only at the top of the cup if that’s the case then I won’t ask for a caramel drizzle , I didn’t know it was that hard just to add caramel drizzle around the cup when your customer asks for that

Javier, the barista today working around 8am is multi tasking to the point that his service is not at or to the standard. My coffee end up very sweet, not cold. He did it twice to satisfy me but both aren’t good. I don’t have a high standard. I go to Starbucks! Please have two people in his job. Today is Saturday and it should be a good morning but it didn’t happen because of my unsatisfactory coffee.

I love this place!!!! The employee have great customer service always smiling ? they get your order right. Well mine is.
