I had trouble ordering online because I'm at a hotel. The lady on the phone was very helpful. The food arrived faster than they said. I was missing toppings on my pizza and when I called the lady on the phone was very apologetic and refunded me the money that I had spent on the extra toppings. Over all great service except for the minor hiccup in not getting everything I asked and paid for. This is why I ranked in 2 stars. The pizza I got was not good the chicken was burned I'm guessing it is fried prior to it being a topping because it reminds me of old grease. The chicken wings were not good either and I found a hair in the box with them. Not ordering from here again. Kinda sad since the lady was so nice and the delivery was fast. Try it if you want and I hope you get a better experience than me.
The Pepperoni Rolls was the reason we chose Sabatinos and they were pretty good. The marinara sauce on the side, is better than most others I've tried.Sheri's Famous Wings were surprisingly larger, than most other restaurants. The flavor was OK, but I didn't like that there was way too much sauce in the bottom of the take-out box. It made the wings kinda soggy by the time we made it home.We also ordered the Sabatino's Special. Looking at the pizza as we drove home, I did not think it was going to taste as good as it did. They did not skimp on the toppings, as you can see in the picture, but I had to add a few handfuls of Italian blend cheese and slide it in the oven to melt before serving. That's why I gave it a 3 out of 5.
I eat at a lot of restaurants I always look and read several reviews before I go to any particular restaurant. This place gets two strikes strike one 93°in the dining room and I know this exact number because the thermostat on the wall said it was 93° strike two sugar in the spaghetti sauce. Real Italian food doesn’t have sugar in it. The portions were extremely large the service was good the pizza was real good. With a lot of toppings. The only downside to the pizza is it’s not hand tossed. Let’s face it nobody wants The extra time and effort that it takes to make the dough and then toss the pizza when you can just buy the boxes of premade. But the pizza was still good and I would go back again for another pizza. It’s just not that homemade taste that cannot be duplicated with factory made dough. I don’t wanna sound like I’m being real hard on this place because I did enjoy the food. But I am just a tough critic when it comes to my food. Plus I want anybody considering this place to see my review and understand that this is not authentic Italian food. I’m not gonna give them a strike for this but I think it’s important for people to understand when you go to pay your bill they turn the screen around to you so you can add a tip and the low tip percentage was 18% this is a self-serve restaurant where you order at the counter traditionally self-serve restaurants don’t get a tip let alone 18% there was an option to put in a custom amount or no tip at all.
Everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you're looking for good pizza, and not a franchise slice. The Famous Wings are a must try, even if you do not prefer breaded wings. This place is the real deal. Oh, and they serve beer now!
Best pizza anywhere around here for sure! I live in Mexico most of the year, but when I come back to this area it’s the first place that I want to go! Classic yummy crust, delicious homemade sauce, just the right cheese and lots of toppings. also very friendly staff that always make you feel it’s a local, family business!
While the wings are the best we've had in this area, the Customer Service isn't. On two occasions we ordered a dozen wings for takeout. At home on both occasions only 11 wings were in the container. When we called about it, we were told maybe we miscounted because they had wings left over. Really?!? Then the person on the phone asked what we wanted them to do about it. She offered a 50 cent refund. Paid $17.00+ for 12 wings, and was offered 50 cents for one missing. How does that math work?
Excellent food. Their lasagna is incredibly delicious and the portion is huge. Also, a very courteous. kind, and professional staff that made me feel at home. The restaurant is very cozy and has an ambiance where your made to feel special. I recommend you visit and have lunch/dinner there because you will not be disappointed. I give it A+ all the way. ❤❤
Ordered a pizza and spaghetti marinara. Pizza was OK but not the best. But Marinara was the worst. It was just a cold noodle. Really disappointing. The worst thing is it was the result we waited for more than two hours. They took more than two hours to make them. I understood it was a busy day. But it was not valuable to wait for two hours. We won’t be back.
So disappointed that the food wasn't more genuine. The Italian Sub was tasteless cold cuts on weird bread with limp lettuce and sauce on the spaghetti was horribly sweet. Spaghetti itself wasn't a real pasta, more like a mushy canned product. The garlic toast had absolutely no garlic on it. I may be spoiled after eating at a real deal Italian deli near my work in downtown LA for many years.
We were the only people in the restaurant and our appetizers came out with our meal not before like it should. Also, everyone's dinner came out like 10 to 15 minutes apart so we didn't get to eat together. Never did anyone ever check on us to see if we needed anything. We ordered dessert and 20 minutes later was told oh we don't have the ice cream. It shouldn't have taken that long to know this. I was very disappointed in the food and especially the lack of service and timing of the food with no apologies. Like I said we were the only ones there so it wasn't because they were busy. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone.
