Came in to an empty lobby had no idea where the hostess was, waited about 5 minutes before anyone showed their face… pretty ridiculous. I wanted to be away from the bar since I had a baby with me and the hostess was super persistent on putting me in the bar area. I waited another 15 min for a booth away from the bar for the other side of the restaurant which was empty! My burger was disgusting and super undercooked, I asked for a new one and the server was rude about it. You need to hire MUCH better people instead of the ones you picked. Shameful. Service was trash and the food was mediocre. I won’t be returning
Definitely one of the best burgers I've tasted in a while. Make sure you order the unlimited fries and say yes when the server asks you for a refill, because it will be a while before they come around again
First time going & it was really good. My two daughter's & I went for lunch our server was a really nice guy. The ladies at the front where also very nice
They have the best bottomless sweet potato fries!! The vibe is great too. I didnt like the fact that the waitress took forever to come by and check up on us.
The food today was mediocre. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was dry and hard. The chicken was dry and unseasoned. I had to add the Red Robin seasoning that was on the table and a lot of the campfire sauce that my girlfriend ordered with her fries, to make it palatable.My companion's burger came without the extra red onion she specifically asked for and her bun was dry and hard as well.Even though the restaurant was practically empty, our server only came to check on us once, after we were done eating. We didn't realize we had to use the kiosk to ask her for something, because she never told us.? We figured that out on our own, as we were paying.I have eaten Red Robin food on numerous occasions. This particular restaurant, was not our best experience.Note to management...The lamp shades over the tables could use a good cleaning.
Terrible service, would not go again. Greeters and waiters were absolutely rude. Took 2 hours to serve food when the restaurant was empty. Please train your workers.
I order with active menu and was super fast and great.
Everything was good until we got our food. Had to ask someone else for the fries and salad dressing for my salad. Then for the rest of our meal no one came back. No refills on our drinks no refills on our fries etc. As of this point we’ve been waiting for 15 min since we’ve been done to get our check!! No one has come by. I will NEVER go back here. Obviously the waitress was the only one working in this area!!
They brought out wrong order and fixed the mistake very quickly. manager came out and comped our meal. definitely will be returning. awesome staff, awesome manager. thanks again!
