Fat portion sizes, very good even compared to bay area places
I love the food but I can't justify giving them anything more than 1 stars. Today was the second time I've had to pay out of pocket when I shouldn't have. First off, they're knowing selling gift cards that cannot be redeemed because they're system is "down" and their gift card system is ridiculous. You can't even use it to purchase a bowl through their own website. And they don't tell you until you're at the register with your bowl already made. Second, their app clearly states that you get a free bowl at 150 pts but when you try to redeem that in store they say it's 160pts for a free bowl. No one there can help with it, it has to go through the owners, whom are non existent. This really shouldn't be allowed. They're stealing people's money, especially with the gift card sales.
Been going to both locations for a couple of years. Best poke in the valley. Fresh with lots of choices.
Food is always fresh and tasty. They were out of ginger due to shortages but I've never had a bad experience there. Yum
Absolutely love this concept, and it’s got better ingredients than any other similar restaurant. The one thing that I will say is that pricing went up, but quality on their actual fish has gone downhill the past three years or so, it used to be slightly betterI still come here often, you’ll see the owner working occasionally, very healthy etc
We go there all the time. The owner is committed to the success of her business! We started eating here right after they opened and we saw her a lot, though I don't know her name. The poke bowls are great and the pricing is simple. I like that. The inside is so nice. They even have an app that lets you get free drinks/bowls much faster than most loyalty cards! All around good vibes. Plus you can order it from a delivery app. They tend to take longer on those though. Better to order in person during busy times.

Very disappointed in the downhill in service at this location. Have been a frequent customer, several times a week, for 2 years. Inconsistent service, quality of product and today Apple Pay wasn’t working and they are just like oh well, it’s the machine.
A total disappointment.The staff is super rude!Being coming since the first one in LA Quinta. I tried to use my points on the app to get my free bowl and guess what It doesn't work anymore.You officially have lost a loyal customer here.
