Fresh made ice cream made quickly with liquid nitrogen! Great way to cap of dinner or cool down in the heat. Highly recommend.
Went with a friend to try this hand-made custom flavoured ice cream I watched it being made. It tasted really good. Lots of unusual non-artificial ice cream flavours to choose from. Service was very quick and friendly. For something different in ice cream I highly recommend this option. Worth the trip to Laquinta to get it.

This is a well located shop right near the main square of Old La Quinta. The nitrogen is a fun gimmick but I don't really think it changes the flavor of the ice cream much. It is a bit more natural though. We were told it is owned by the same people who own TQLAS across the street. A nice thing is that there is a great outdoor area to enjoy your ice cream and hang out and let the kids run around on the lawn. Is especially pretty at night during the holidays with the lights in old town La Quinta
Bought a milkshake there today. It cost $9, which in itself is outrageous, based on the small size. The biggest reason for the one Star Rating is, that what they call "Milkshake", I call cold sweet milk. It was not even frozen, but awful sweet tasking cold cream. I did throw it away with the promise never to go there again.
