The service (Marylyn!!!) food and beverages were all top notch!! We went for a special Fine Dining experience to celebrate our anniversary and our expectations were well met!
Mira Cruz our server was genuine, sweet and knowledgeable. Everything you look for in hospitality. I also love a supervisor who rolls up her sleeves and gets involved in service. She served two our courses personally. I just didnât catch her name. Food notes: tartare served not overly chilled thus nicely presenting a milder texture of the high quality tuna. Broth of the onion soup surprisingly clear while still rich in flavor, a real treat. The citrus caper sauce perfectly accented the beautifully butchered halibut filet. the short rib was sadly very lean or a tad over cooked and therefore a bit dry, but the potato purée was salty and delicious. White chocolate brí»lée was a ten yum.
Itâs a nice place with good food and weâll be back.
Since we were staying at the (La Quinta) resort, we thought to take advantage of the on-site restaurants. Morgan's, - the ambiance and views are outstanding. The food is good, but not spectacular. The menu is limited and expensive for what is provided. The server was very sweet and knew the menu. She tried her best, but she handled too many tables. The support staff, tried, they really did, but they were new and inexperienced. As a result, there were long delays between the appetizer salad and the main course. We would have been better off going to LGs or another fine restaurant in town.
