Ordered thru the jack in the box, went to pick it up, and they were closed. The guy took 5 minutes to open the window so I could let him know I have an order to pick up. He continued to say that they were closing and I mentioned I have an order to pick up. When asked what his name was he shut the window in my face. Will definitely be calling corporate.

Great coustomer service, never have I ever had a amazing visit here. I 1000% recommend this jack in the box, the workers should be more respected from the customers.

Drive thru was the only thing open, no inside dining. We had a special order and of course, it was wrong. Not sitting in that line another 20 minutes. They are short staffed. Try another Jack.

Love Jack in the box and the staff is friendly, had a order mix up and tried to call twice with no answer , I had ordered the double bacon sourdough melt combo. Was giving the normal sourdough melt but still charged for the more expensive combo.

Me and my brother always go wild when we get chicken nuggets and burgers from Jack in the box. The nuggets when we order them are always so warm and juicy!!! Can't wait to go back and try something new

Service was slow but the attendant was polite. We ordered the spicy cluck a bit to spicy for me.

There were two cars in front of me on the drive through, yet it took almost thirty minutes to put and receive my order. I like Jacks,but won't visit this particular one again.

This location has gone from average to horrible in a couple of months. This picture is worth.....After I arrived at 5:00 p.m. and decided to just wait it out to 5:10 p.m., a female employee got on the microphone and told me that they are closed. At that point it was 5:05 p.m. and there was 4 cars in line behind me. I told the employee that I was just going to wait the 5 minutes for them to "reopen." The employee told me that I am "holding up the line." I told her that there are a few people waiting to also order. She told me if I wanted to wait that's fine, but I cant wait at the drive thru and I must go park in the parking lot and get back in line at 5:10 p.m. or I will not be able to order anything.I became frustrated based on a complete lack of customer service, any reasonableness and frustration. As I was driving out of the drive thru I saw a different female employee sitting in the dining room hanging out on her cell phone.I came to this Jack in the Box the week before and had to wait almost 10 minutes to order and another 10 to get the food and the employee told me she was working both the inside and drive thru. The lady was nice and I felt bad for her, but this is Jack in the Crack! Give me a break. If you dont have the employees dont turn on the lights. Ironically, while I was waiting for the place to reopen in the middle of the day, you are not allowed to wait in the drive thru.... RIP CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came to pick up order in drive thru, said they were closed, and this was during normal operating hours. The local security guard flagged me down and told me the guy working there is “gross”, and “didn’t have a shirt on”… what? I’m not ever eating here again just to be safe… O.o

Gotta have our Jack tacos!!! Buuuut for the 4th time in about 4 weeks the drive-thru at this location took 15 minutes or more for our small order. Food was good, but we will check out another nearby location with hopefully a faster drive-through.
