I am sorry to write this review... The waitress was amicable, HOWEVER, the food quality was poor. First, there were no milkshakes available. Second, there were no pickles available for sandwiches. My stepdaughter got a burnt sandwich... Our fries seemed recycled (sorry, they were cold and somewhat extra crispy), and the ranch dressing tasted bitter. I do not know what happened to this location, it was one of the highlights of La Quinta. I will not come here again. I apologize for the I'll news. ??. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Was givin a cup with lipstick on it so disgusting!!! Also t-bone steak was soooooo dry!!! And some parts raw still after I asked for well done!! You guys need to train or pay attention to some of your workers they are all over the place!! Don't even know who the serving!! And it was also my first time here!!

This used to be my favorite restaurant of all time. Until "..my name's Sally I'm the general manager.." began giving me an impromptu lesson on what it means to be a service dog after I answered yes (with her registration number and id at the ready) ... My DOGhter hadn't done anything to elicit covert hostility. Thanks for the ice cold welcome sally. As if on cue I hear her say -to one of the contagiously happy employees no less- in a very cold and harsh tone for all to hear ".. well if you would check on them..." tact would serve you well sinister-smile Sally

I got waffles and chicken, and 2 others in my party got pancakes and chicken. We could all agree the chicken was over cooked and there wasn't much of it, I could've had Tyson chicken strips and waffles at home lol. It's been a while since I've been at IHOP but when did they stop having the syrups on the table and started giving them to you in Togo containers and only a choice of 1 flavor at that

Wrong order recieved AGAIN. Ordered two steak omlette got one only, the ingredients were incorrect too on the other one. Called and the coversation became of one to prove my identity. Never got an apology. It is becoming a trend now that as a paying costumer with wrong order I have to endure attitude as if they are doing me a favor or Iam the one wasting their time. At the end the solution was for FUTURE credit rather then reverse or credit me partially for the current transaction. You can get much better service at other places.

You'll wait to be seated because they never pay attention to the front. They always have several items on their menu that aren't available. Food is fine.

This is my second bad experience with our local IHops. I'm taking into consideration the shortage of labor at restaurants, and our server was overwhelmed, but the food took forever and it was overcooked and cold. It took 1.5 hours to be seated, order, and eat. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Best server ever!! Diego is usually working on Thursday nights when we do a family get together we call cheap eats... it's a senior menu thing....he handles himself so well and has the patience of a Saint during this covid craze....last week he had 9 tables at one point, was the ONLY server and never did we want for anything! He treats all of his customers like family....which is why we go on Thursday!

It was a bit busy but the silverware were not very clean and it took about an hour to get my food. But the pancakes were very delicious ?
