It was my first time here. The people in the two drive through lines were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my dairy and soy free iced coffee and would order it again. The only problem is the two drive through lanes. They tell to in advance to take turns at the end of the line that goes to the window. But sadly some of the people thought if they got infant of some one they could get their coffee. Not so and then they would have to wait at the window. The car in front of me was intimidated by two pushy cars and put things all out of order. They actually came out and gave me my coffee and I was able to leave.

Typically pretty fast service. Even when they first opened. Today, I'm pretty disappointed with how slow service was. 25 minutes....and It wasn't that long of a line. Making me late for work. I love Dutch for their fast and friendly service. I brag about how fast they are compared to starbucks. Not really happy that I got here at 8:20 and it's 8:45 and I still haven't got my drink with 3 cars ahead of me. Can't even leave because of how convoluted their drive thru is.

Always such great service and speedy! I just wish it was closer to home. The iced lattes are delicious. I love how many sugar free options are available.

Endless options for your caffeine fix! There can be a long line but service is so fast that you don’t wait too long. Really efficient ordering drive thru process. Staff is always friendly and willing to give recommendations. Go to coffee spot for a reason!

I honestly love this place but after going there on Friday (4/15/22) and confirming that one of their employees steals from people because shes done it to me 2 other times by tipping herself without asking me if i wanted to tip. The other 2 times she did this i realized to late. I can only imagine how many other people she does it to. I go there pretty often and never have or had a problem with any employee there until this girl. The girls inside are amazing for refunding me my entire order after i asked and checked my receipt because the amount the girl that originally took my order told me was different from what was being charged on my card. I tip occasionally and i don’t mind doing it but if im not offering or they don’t even ask me if i want to at that point it is stealing. Next time this happens with that employee i will be calling corporate and complaining until something is done about the issue.

I go to Dutch Bros on a daily and today I was extremely disappointed with this location I sat in line for 20 min without getting my order taken. The employees spent all their attention to the car in front of me. There were three employees at this car petting a dog and talking to the person in the car. If you have a choice between the location on 111 and Jefferson I recommend the 111 one they are outstanding.

Wow! Super impressed! First time ever, and the barista Gal named Rosanna answered all our questions with a bubbly but clear description. She was amazing- and all 3 of our different orders came out exactly the way she described. We did an iced latte, a warm brevet, and a hot latte. Flavourful and comforting- this Dutch Bros has perked us up, and Rosannas attitude was so positive, it changed our whole tune. Great experience, and we were surprised how fast our orders came out. They were ready right when pulled up to the window. Thank you for such positive experience!

The Irish Cream Nitro was delicious! The line was long but the employees hopping from car to car along with the two lanes made it a quick and painless process.

My first time here was great! The line was a little long but not too bad. They had employees come outside and take orders so I think that made it go faster. At the drive up window was like a party lol. Glad to see people having fun in spite of the times we're in. I'll be back!

This was our first visit. Went New Year's Day. All the Starbucks were closed, so this location was super busy. There was staff coming up to each car, taking orders. The young lady taking our order was not wearing a mask. This made me uncomfortable. I had my mask on, fortunately. Come on, people, whether or not you believe in masks, in CA, staff coming in contact with many people should have a mask on. Especially with Omnicron.We were both disappointed that the only baked goods were muffin tops. We're not fans. The coffee was ok, but we'll stick to Starbucks.
