I’m giving you guys one star Ordered two pepperoni They gave me one pepperoni with maybe like 10 pepperonis on it and a cheese one They need to get the order straight First time I order La Quinta at its my last time
I'm going to give you guys three stars only because I enjoy Pizza and the new recipes that you guys have. I have removed two stars for customer service and what I received today was nothing less than egregious according to those standards. I was not rude I did not call the establishment looking for trouble only to inquire about an online order that seem to not go all the way through after an hour and a half of waiting. I called three times within this hour and a half and when someone answered the phone they said hello as if I were a bill collector interrupting dinner time with their family. Cool I understand rough day, but when asked if this is Domino's because of how are you answer the phone your immediate answer is to lie and say no. This forces me to leave my home and come to your establishment to see about the online order. When I get there I am told that yes you did call the right number someone answered it but didn't feel like doing any work at the time. Again I understand but if you don't feel like answering the phone speak to your team leader ask them to take over answering the phone ask him to put somebody else there cut pizzas fold boxes do something else other than make other customers have a bad experience. In the end I received my food minus one chicken tender and all my sauces so I see that you guys were still trying ?? to the lady that answered the phone hope your day gets better
I usually have my pizza and pasta delivered from this Domino's Pizza. I'd argue that their pasta is better than their pizza here.They get 4/5 stars because I once ordered a pizza with about 6 toppings and 2 were missing.2021 Update: after all of these years, this place is still a 4/5. Most of the pizzas are good, but you'll get a bad one every once in a while.
They don't listen to how your order is supposed to be and they make it how they want very disappointing all the time why I go back I have no idea probably because they're about a half of stones throw away
They will not honor prices as advertised. Will not be going here again. The store manager called with no help or resolution to my problem. Bad customer service.
