I might be asking for too much in expecting the rice in my burrito not to be crunchy at 2am, but here I am reviewing a dell taco because my rice was crunchy at 2am.
Took 35 minutes for a simple order. Probably why I haven’t made a Del run in over a decade. Prices are up; should replace low-skilled labor with automation.
Excellent overnight crew! Totally a 1000% change from a year or more ago when those lazy staffers used to close down the place at night and claim their system was down. The new crew has great customer service skills and positive vibes! They are doing it right!
I had given this ace 4 stars because the food is always fresh and have decent customer service. Today I pull up to the drive through and the employee over the intercom says " yeah! What's up man! What do you want" then started laughing. I said excuse me he again began laughing and saying I cant hear you. I said forget this pulled up to the window and ask the young man if there was a problem. Realizing he was out of line he began to apologize. I asked his name and he said Andrew or something like that and again said he could hear me. They need to be trained and corrective action need to happen.
Nothing specific about this location but I was made to remember why not to eat del taco after I ate here recently.Del taco food quality is very very bad. Even for fast food.
This place has declined rapidly. I waited 15 minutes in the drive they (no one in front of me) and the burrito fell apart. Please train your staff!

Over 20 min in the Drive-thru and still not at the window. Horrible time management. I remembered why I don’t come here. 45 min total in the drive thru to get fast food. DO NOT GO HERE!
The food is good and the restaurant clean. Even the staff is friendly. The only downside to this location is that their drive thru isn't always open. It is in a town that most people just drive through as a pit stop. It's pretty important to be able to order from your car.
