I had to have my lunch without sour cream because they ran out. Asked to substitute sour cream with queso and was rejected. There was no attempt to fix the issue and there was zero sense of ownership from the workers. They did not seem to care. An example of what they could do when running out of something is allow a substitution or even have someone run to the grocery store which is in the same plaza to grab some more. This would show some good ownership.
Worst chipotle ever. They never get your order right and are always out of stuff. I placed an online order of a burrito steak bowl and they made a burrito... I told them I wanted a bowl so they remade that sad looking image. It looks like vomit and missing half the ingredients I asked for. Horrible place.
We just ordered 3 C bowls from this place and it was delivered by Doordash. Our one bowl was opened and eaten. We didn't realize that it might happen. We tried to call this place but an automated response didn't allow us to solve the problem. The order bag wasn't completely closed, so the doordash guy had easy access to it. Whoever did that, shame on you. Btw, we were missing one fork.
Ordered two to go burritos today, one carnitas, one vegetarian. Worst fast food experience ever. After carefully dissecting the carnitas burrito was able to find only one small morsel of meat. Very different than ordering in store where one can see what they put in. These were rice and bean burritos under the name 'Carnitas'. Never, NEVER, again!
Came through for a late night dinner. Great service and fresh food 15 minutes before they closed.

Had chipotle for the first time today, got a chicken bowl thought it was pretty good. Iām not sure if it usually takes that long to make the food but it felt longer than it expected. Overall pretty good food the inside is alright.
This is a great location of Chipotles- easy to make an order from their app and pick up in store. They have a shelf right near the cashier for easy pickup. Make sure you check and make sure that you have all the bags if there are multiple bags in your order.
Been to Chipotle many times, and food has been decent. Been a year since I had Chipotle, and went on 11/24/2021. Not sure if going down the drain or what. But the food was horrible. Rice and beans tasted watery and bland, cilantro lime rice lacked cilantro and lime, chicken and guac had no flavor. I don't mind paying extra for guac, but give me something that at least taste okay. The salsa was the only thing that tasted good. So we just took shots of it and passed it around. Let's just say everyone went to bed hungry.
The local La Quinta Chipotle. You know the deal. Great location, good service. Chipotle never misses.
