Wow! Was our reaction when we first eyed the Bakery options. We bought way more than anticipated. Highly recommend cinnamon bun, ginger and choc chip cookies, bran muffins and any sandwich. Only knock - purchase coffee elsewhere. Not their focus.
I want to say this is a hidden gem just because I've lived here in the desert my whole life and have never gone here. It's been around since 1995 and I'm just now really discovering Aspen Mills. Delicious sandwiches! Impressive/unique bakery selection!
First time here and won’t be our last sandwich was excellent the bread is out of this world. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Excellent.

Good bakes goods and did I mention they are good? Great coffee too. I was thoroughly impressed with the self serve coffee. Im jealous they can make coffee better than I can.

I went here with my wife and we both got tuna salad sandwiches. The tuna salad was very good the but the bread it comes on seems like it was bought at a store, not homemade. You would think at a bread company you’d get nice thick, homemade tasting bread on your sandwich but unfortunately it wasn’t the case. It did look like they had really good muffins and other baked goods there though.
Love their salads and sandwiches. Service is outstanding.
Seriously one of the best tuna sandwiches and muffins I’ve had in my entire life (I’m 37 y/o). Support these guys if you can, great local business with AMAZING food!!
