I ordered my food on the app it said 15-20 min it took almost 2 hours to get my food. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn't because their was no manager at that location. The owner hasn't hired one. I called district manager and he ignore my calls and sent them to voice-mail after 2 rings. The workers were laughing and joking with each other even though they were behind on orders. I saw one girl drop all the orders receipts and then look clueless to which orders went first. I'm still going to call the district manager and owner and demand a refund.
The dining area was surprisingly dirty. The ground was so sticky to walk on, the counter where the soda fountain looked as if it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. Starbucks cups on the countertop near the register. The wings werent properly sauced..hardly anything. The cashier was friendly and pleasant but the cleanliness of the dining area was off-putting. It made me question how clean the kitchen area was. ?
I have ordered here multiple times. Each time got worse. They always for some reason have something missing in my order or messed up my order. This is the only location I’ve ever experienced where I have to open the bag just to make sure my order is correct and not missing an item each and every time, and come to find out there’s always something missing or messed up…each and everytime..I’ve given this place countless chances. You better off going to a different location other then this one.
Good food poor customer service rude and unprofessional. The Manager is not any better rude not knowledgeable at all no help. The push off decision to Reginional and he doesn't answer nor helpful at all. I've bin waiting on a refund for 4 months now and neither manger is helpful
I got to give it to all the employees there I ordered 30 minutes before the store closed which I feel super bad for but I was super hungry and had nothing to eat at home and they still gave me good quality food and I didn't feel like I was unwanted at the store and they all seem so friendly I'm going to keep ordering from here if you guys read this please don't let me down!
What a bad experience! my wife made the order and by mistake she put my phone number and her name, wen I went to pick the order this make a delay to Joseline (cashier)cuz I show the order number but she say doesn't help, so I have to call my wife and figure out what going on... I believe it was the reason why when Joseline brought my food literally trough to the table, I ask her don't do it(big mistake), there was no straws on the fountain and I have to ask for she was so rude when I say that "can u give a straw, there aren't more on the fountain area"... She said "I already know" and again rude when I requested if can pud more she said "I don't haven't".
Always on time and in stock with all flavors prefer this location versus the Other nearby location in city of Baldwin Park on Baldwin Park blvd. Go La Puente location for your job well done every time!!!!
Chicken is good. The price is reasonable, But the price of the extra Ranch Dressings is absurd. Too Bad they don't partner with a delivery system.
Waiting a half hour AFTER scheduled pick up time and they kick me out for not having a mask. Had friends pick up the order inside for me and was told the manager had an attitude.
Place actually use to be decent but has steeply dropped in quality over the past year or so. Chicken is mostly overcooked and dry, and sizes of some of the wings are laughable. I mean look at these "boneless wings" compared to a regular drum! Definitely not worth a dollar for each of those "wings." Go literally anywhere else and you'll probably find better experience and quality.
