Starbucks itself is Good, this location could be great, i mean its not bad but if most times i want to make an order its either closed or Not Able to accept Orders thru the app..most times its Really fast Sometimes it could take A few more extra minutes than you expected...its a coffee shop what do you expect..
I was a bit excited to come to this location, I know it's one of the newer ones so I thought I'd like it but I was wrong. It's a Starbucks that probably belongs near the beach. They have an open concept, all windows and doors are wide open. (Peep the pics). Its 86 degrees out and although its kinda cool inside, it just feels gross. Cars and trucks pass by all the time, its on a main street so you can imagine inhaling all the smog from the cars, not healthy at all. It's not like others, it's painted white and black. What really made it awkward was there was no charging stations for your laptop or phone. When I asked about it they said I should've brought a portable charging station. ??? Really?If your looking for peace and quiet, not where your inhaling all that smog head over to the library located in old Town. Your welcome!
Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same no matter which location you go to but I have to say that I really enjoyed the layout of this location. It's indoors but has a really open/outdoor feel to it which makes it really dog friendly if you happen to have your pooch with you. The staff was very friendly and got my order correct and in a prompt manner!!
I wish I would’ve got her name! The cashier was so nice. Just wanted to say thank you for the iced matcha late and the pink drink. I will for sure be getting the matcha again!!! Thank you!!
Love this Starbucks most of the employees are super friendly but you have a girl with a sarcastic attitude working drive thru. Very rude and tells you to hurry up.
This location would make more money if they opened up the patio. It's never consistent and the drive thru takes forever! Mobil orders are pointless... Especially when you're trying to get to work in the morning!
The absolute worse customer service. Never acknowledges you when you walk in and I am always having to wait long periods of time just for my order even though I ordered ahead. Would've been faster just for me to go through the drive thru.
We were given attitude bc they only have petite straws and we ordered venti frappucinos. Requested out money back because I'm not okay with paying $6 for a drink and getting unusable straws

Always friendly! Never once had a bad experience when ordering coffee or café items, especially because I live nearby. They are very quick with their service and make great coffee.
