I ordered the family pack and a large stuffed crust pizza for my super bowl party. The pizza was kinda tough as though it was warming all day. And isn't pizza supposed to have cheese. I was very disappointed and so were my guests.
First time to that location n honestly it had a really sweet vibe to it. Has like 8 good sizes TV to watch any game basketball, football baseball you know?
Beware of this Pizza Hut Delivery Driver. He was cutting drivers off in and out of lanes during heavy traffic.
I was dissatisfied with wait time and the fact that your app does not have pizza tracker technology. I ordered my pizza at 6pm and was calling at 7pm to check the status, i was told it would be another 30 min. i called at 7:30 to check status and was told order had left the store. i then checked my cameras (because i was not home and ordered pizza for kids), i seen they dropped off pizza on my porch at 7:10. at that time it was 7:45. my pizza had been sitting out in the cold for 30 minutes. the delivery driver could have had the courtesy to ring the door bell or knock. how were we suppose to know the pizza had been delivered. by the time we ate pizza it was cold. all of this could have been avoided if your app had pizza tracker technology. i will be ordering for dominos in the future.
The man who delivered my pizza noticed I had put the wrong phone number down and was clever enough to try something and was able to reach me to let me know my pizza was here. I was so grateful.
EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT YOU GUYS ALWAYS FORGET MY WINGS. ITS HAPPENED 2 TIMES ALREADY AND THE DRIVER GETS DEFENSIVE AND TELLS ME THATS ALL I ORDERED WHEN I KNOW HOW MUCH I PAID I ASK THEM TO CHECK THE RECEIPT AND THEY STILL TRY TO ARGUE WITH ME. SO I TAKE THE RECEIPT AND SHOW THEM THE MISSING WINGS I ORDERED. I COULD NEVER ENJOY MY PIZZA N WINGS TOGETHER. THEN ALL I GET WAS AN IM SORRY AND ILL BRING YOU YOUR WINGS. ? I DONT LIKE TO BE MEAN BUT COME ON ITS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE.
