Try to order chicken nuggets w Szechuan sauce, I heard many places don’t participate, but this place does!
It's a hit or miss (more often a miss, but hey, it's McDonald's- what do you expect? )
never have ice cream, shakes, or mc fluffy. i tried to order the new shamrock shake and they don't even have that. very disappointed ronald mcdonald. we love grimace.
It's McDonald's kinda hard to mess it up quick and hot. Food was on point customer service was friendly and respectful.
Once again, what’s up with their service at this location seems to never improve. As I got my order I always reviento make sure I get what I paid for, I ordered 3 meals 2 with orange juice and one coffee. As I review it I’m missing one hash brown, so I let the associate know . I didn’t mind I was still there. When I hand her my bag someone hands her the hash brown and that associate tells me “ you only ordered one meal”! Wth! I got upset, look at your cameras she still tells and using her hand you only ordered one meal!! Upset I told her I ordered 3 and get your orders right! Please do get your orders right don’t know how many times I’ve came to this location and same thing happens, but besides that get your associates trained in customer service!
They don't seem to monitor inventory and maintain a safe stock at this location; they have run out of at least a couple of products in a few ocassions. I went there twice in summer time and asked them for an ice cream, and they did not have it. I went there twice in winter time and asked for an apple pie, and guess what? They did not have it at the time either!
This McDonald's is ok when I order food for my family there's something missing or were given the wrong order. And most of the time the some of manager are cool about and replace it then I've had a manager make me Park and wait for her to verify which is cool but for a large fries if I wanted to lie in order to get free food don't you think I would've been missing whole lot more. Just bugged me cuz I spend minimal $40 there ?
They have the Mcribb sandwich back for a limited time. The fries are the Best
The McRib was very dry and there wasn't enough sauce. The mcflurry was too small and melted very quick.
Taste would have been better, as well quality !
