Check your order before you leave. Very careless service i ordered 6 tacos got 1 sauce... food was cold as well... used to be a very good place to visit late at night

This passed Sunday at 12:50 am l went to buy some burgers. I was very specific that l wanted both hamburgers plain just the meet and the bun no cheese either.l repeated my self more than once to make sure the person taking my order got it right. I got my oder at 1:00 am. l parked to check my order and both the burgers had cheese.l went back to the drive thru and l notify the lady my order was wrong. When l pulled up to the window l gave the burgers and my receipt to the cashier and showed them to the cook the cashier apologize to me and claim the person that did my burgers wasn't a cook and asked me to park and she will bring the burgers too me .l don't know if they made me wait on purpose cause there were but two other cars behind me and the burgers were brought to me at 1:30am. My order should have been a priority since l already had payed and because of there error l was made to wait 1/2 an hour. That's not good costumer service.
I always order my favorite items, The loaded tiny tacos, Jumbo Jack Jr., And a Iced Mocha coffee!! So good!!
Like every week they come up with a new burger meal for 5 dollars to 6 dollars so I think people should take that into consideration because there not small meals either
I bought 4 piece chicken strips with a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese,but when I was leaving the drive thru window,I checked my chicken sandwich to see if it had cheese,and it didn't,if I'm gonna pay extra for swiss cheese,I had better get it smh,always remember to check your food before leaving.
hello, I recently bought food here through drive thru and the person who had given me my food was a girl named Alex. she was super nice! and I was content with the customer service she provided me (: definitely will come back next time!
Usually this jack n box is decent but they hired new staff its beyond alot of people in the drive thru i finally get to order everything is correct on the screen soon as I get to the window the same women forgot my order and read someone else's tried to tell me that's what I ordered when I know what I ordered just to turn around and say they did not have that. Then messed up 2 cars before me order. It doesn't seem that the drive thru associate is competent. Maybe this isn't her line of work if she can't get any one in the drives thru order correct. Definitely disappointed and displeased.
Really bad service and extremely rude! Paid over $60 for our meals which we have no issue with our issues were that we waited at the drive through for about 25 mins and still managed to get our order wrong along with the rude comments and accusing people of being sick because our voices sounded raspy through the mic and my friend coughed once. We are all vaccinated and COVID free. We work in the food industry and it is mandatory to get tested and vaccinated.
