Not Hot Chickz. More like Hot MessHonestly I was more than disappointed at the hype. This place has so much potential. However based on location it is ok to go for what it is. Staff is not very sanitary. And does not seem clean. We came in a day of about 100 degrees of heat and the AC was off. We sanitized and cleaned our own table. This place is a hot mess
Parking is limited but seems it did not seem busy. People waiting outside and just walking around. Their price and portions were very reasonable. Ordered the number 2 with 2 chicken sandwiches. Their chicken wasn’t juicy nor dry. The fries were not chewy and tasted a bit stale. I did like the fact that they put a sticker for the different spiciness on the to go boxes. I think this spot, you’d have to eat it at the restaurant.
I LOVE Hot Chickz! This is probably one of my favorite local spots to eat at and I've never had a bad item from here.Our go to order is their #4, we slightly prefer the hot Chickz sandwich over the chicken sandwich, and because it comes with 2 sandwiches the combo alone is plenty of food for both my husband and I. If we are extra hungry we'll sometimes order extra fries.Besides our go to, we've also tried the Hot Chickz fries (a meal in its own right), their Mac and cheese (so cheesy) and their pizza (a nice surprise for a chicken place)On top of all that they have delicious agua frescas and amazing customer service
Must try! Chicken sandwich was so good. I got the hot, loved it. Crispy outside, tender inside. Comes with a side of honey, try it on your sandwich. Elevates it even further! Mac n cheese is dangerous. Taste incredible. Better then Chick-fil-A. Fries and little crispy which I like. Service was excellent also. My new favorite chicken place!Side note: they are not currently making pizzas
Best family meal ever! Went in with my family from out of town and ordered the hot chickz fries 10/10 so good. A couple of pizzas that were amazing, especially the hot chikz pizza!! I ordered a sandwich with no spice and a slice of cheese, I was worried it would be a little too plain/dry but it was extremely flavorful and juicy! Can’t wait to come back!
We have a similar place here in twxas called micos. But lord this food TOPS it. Quality, price, everything!! The aguas are bomb and those sauces ?? if only i didn't live 2,000 miles away. We ate there twice during our 3 day stay! So good
the food here is really good ??? I definitely would recommend it I come here very often with the homies since it’s right next to the skatepark also the agua is ??? this place is where all the skaters come to eat
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I live in Moreno Valley and every time I’m around La puente I always stop here! Their food is AMAZING! Customer service is excellent, they are super friendly and make you feel so welcomed. My son is in love with their children. I wish they expanded to Riverside or the IE! I recommend this place 100%!

Came here pretty recently to try a local chicken shop aside from the fast food places that sell chicken sandwiches near me.Starting off with the location, Hot Chickz sits in a small strip mall next to a Juice/Fruit place and other smaller stores. It sits on the Hacienda/Temple intersection. It was quite hard finding this since it sits tucked away and only found this place after I took a turn into the parking lot thinking I was "close". Walking in, I was greeted by a worker, loud music, and an extremely simple menu (which I love).I ordered the Two Chicken Sandwich combo with fries for around $13 and took it to-go. That is actually a great price and I was tempted to buy more but decided not to. When I opened the take out box at home, I was greeted by a wonderful smell and the chicken sammie both looked back at me with beauty. The first bite was the most wonderful, with the crunch and kick of spice, it was beautiful. The sauce they provide is kind of like the Canes sauce which was excellent when drizzled or dabbed on your sammie. The only reasons I gave the place one less star, was because the fries were extremely salty. If I came back and the fries werent as salty and it was maybe just that day, I would definitely add back this star.
