First time here. The place was nice and clean. Cute backdrop on one of the walls. Tried milk tea boba, taro milk tea boba and Thai tea smoothie, all tasted great. Service was a little slow but overall good experience. Security guard patrols the area going up and down the businesses so I felt a bit secure.
ITS OUR FAVORITE PLACE! the owner is so sweet and we love going in because she makes the place feel like a home. The vibes inside are so cute and chill. The boba is by far the best we've had so far. (Been to a few others but nothing compares) prices are good for what you are getting. We have the punch card and go a few times a week or once a week. It truly is worth your time.

Very good drinks. However this is the second time I come and they’re low on boba… it’s a boba shop you’d think they’d have plenty.. 3 starts for their tasty drinks .
Lots of selection and fresh tasting tea. Many snacks such as cookies and small bags of chips are on sale. Modern decor, plenty of tables, and decent prices. They have soy, oat, and almond milk substitutes. I tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with soy milk. I couldn't taste the soy or much brown sugar but the black tea was good. Boba costs extra, was a bit chewy since they were cooking a new batch and probably couldn't give it much time to chill, I still enjoyed the chewiness. There is free wifi.Lots of parking, can call in, nice service, fee for card if order is under $5. The bad thing is there's no bathroom which is strange since it's a tea shop, so if you plan to stay long be prepared for that.
Cute shop and the woman making the drinks was really nice! I ordered a taro milk tea with boba, was a bit too sweet for my taste but should've known to order it with less sugar. Would recommend!
My family has been dining here for years, it was my mother's favorite place, so we have great memories there as well as enjoying a great meal.
MY FAVORITE PLACE. Thai tea with sea salt cream or even Thai tea coffee with sea salt cream. The waffles are also very very delicious.
