We stopped at the Valley View & Alondra location in Cypress. (Sorry, no photos this time.)We (three people with small appetites) ordered a simple quick bite, we shared one $5 Grab Bag with a Double Stacks and got another Double Stack and a value Chicken Sandwich. Everything was hot and good!We dined in, other than the table having chicken breading crumbs all over it (we just wiped it off) the place was clean.

Manager here had the nerve to yell at a family member of mine who was just trying to make an order for their food. Would be nice if someone from corporate can let the manager here know not to treat the customer’s like garbage and leave personal issues at the door. Maybe they will be able to keep customers and business going at this joint.

Food was good as expected, but customer service has been bad 2 times now. The person did not understand English but was handing out the food at the drive thru. Basically tried to hand bag over without any words. No... Hello, here you go, here's your order, thanks for coming. Nothing at all. Just hand the bag over without any interaction, confirmation, or would you like any ketchup, or here's what you ordered. When receiving food and simply asked for a sauce (since not asked if I wanted any), just to wait for a second person a few minutes later to ask what did I ask for). Both times I was asked to pay for food that was already paid for with mobile orders. Both times same 2 employees. They take a lot longer than other Wendy's locations and they aren't even busy. Is there any management or was that a managerial experience? If you go on a weekday morning, don't expect good or friendly customer service.

Horrible experience... my strawberry lemonade had a bug, saw it at soon as it was handed to me, I pointed it out and tried to brush it off and asked if I could replace it with a regular lemonade thinking it was impossible for that one to also have a bug.. to my surprise that also had a bug... one of the employees tried justifying by saying "hmm I don't think it's a bug, I think it's just an ant" while the other employee said "oh it's okay, I can give you a new lemonade, it's just that lemonades are sweet and sweetness attracts bugs and insects"... I returned the untouched food and drinks and asked for my money back...

The cashier was nice and helpful, dedicated to trying to help us with the app (horrible). Our sandwiches were really good. But the wait is consistently way too long.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. They will give you the wrong food and NEVER heard anything back from Wendy's Corporate or the franchisee.

They locked up the dining area. Can't even place order. I work in a nearby warehouse and take a bus. Had to eat gas station food instead because I can't even place a to-go order. 2 stars only because I'm sure it's because of covid but giving a bad review because there was no notice anywhere saying this happened.

Wanted to try the newest breakfast items, I had been waiting awhile so I said to self let's do it!I walk in around 9:38 am, pretty slow, meet one of the employees on my way in, she does not even look up , I go to the counter, don't see anybody, wait, no one walks up, wait some more, nothing, then a girl walks, sees me and just keeps walking on her way out, I wait, she comes back and again doesn't even acknowledges me, goes to the back ignoring me , the first employee that I met comes back, stares at me but doesn't say anything, so I ask, do you serve Mexicans here? She asks me, what do you want.? At that moment I decided that I wanted nothing and walked out.I should have said, AKNOWLEDGMENT, I will be right with you , would have been enough.
