Puffy Taco is delicious....everything is good here. We had a function and was catered by Tom's Tailgate. We had 2 taquitos, one beef the other chicken. Both were stuffed with their meats. Not where you go and take a bite of a taquito and just about all the meat is gone. You will get full. We also had the Chile Verde with rice and beans.all of it so tasty and good.
This is a great place to eat! The set up is like Chipotle where your plate of choice is assembled at your direction at a walk up counter but any similarity ends there!The meat choices are awesome (tri tip anyone?) and the variety means I'll be back in order to dial in my favorites, yes I used the plural tense on purpose.

Weekend crew is way better. If you vome in during the week you may get a crew that's doesn't want to work here. Maybe they need to move on you can tell they are done with this job

We love coming here on Friday evenings for their burritos and tacos. Love their guacamole and spicy habanero salsa.
This place is my favorite spot. It's just so damn good. Someone took us here and they claimed it was bomb. So I was like let's see. Well it was true. As for the staff that's a different story. The food is probably 10 times better than the staff. The staff is OK. Some do look like they are having a F this day. I'm just hungry sorry you mad. ?♂️?♂️
I can't stop coming here, it hits the spot just about every time.The hard tacos are my favorite. They only come with shredded chicken or shredded beef. Both are great, but I actually prefer the chicken.Soft tacos are great too. As far as I can remember there's chicken, carne asada, shredded beef, carnitas, al pastor, and chorizo. These meats are available for the huge and filling puffy tacos.The burritos, fresh fried fries, and nachos are all tasty as well. Everything here is made like chipotle or Subway, so you can choose exactly what goes in all your items.Don't forget to ask for chips!
