I stumbled upon this place while visiting the area. I tried it on Friday and had to come back on Sunday it was so good, mind you I live an hour + away. First time I tried the chicken / beef bowl. Absolute chefs kiss! This time I tried the beef burrito and OMG !! That is a favorite. On this visit I got to meet the owner Omar, he's so cool. The food was totally worth the drive, it is just an extra bonus to be supporting an establishment that is so well worth it all the way around!
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Alma is the best there is at what she does and she cares about all her customers! Somebody give her a raise. But the whole staff knows what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell that making the customer happy is their main priority. Food is pretty awesome, from the teriyaki, to the burgers, to the burritos. Their prices are 100% worth it. I recommend to the highest star there can be.
The food is good. The staff is helpful. I had the large Chicken Teriyaki bowl and added vegetables and avocado. It was all very good. It was a takeout order and the Teriyaki sauce was provided on the side. I also had egg rolls. They follow pandemic protocols and allow indoor dining.
My husband and I have seen this location in passing many times and we finally checked it out. He got off to order while I waited with the kids in the car and said it was very clean and staff was nice. The food not only smelled amazing but it looked amazing too!! Omgee, it was sooo delicious!!!! You can totally taste how fresh it is….. this is totally our new to go spot snd plan on weekly orders ??? portions are very filling!!! A must to go try… we told all our family members that live in La Mirada!!
It’s alright. Just your typical teriyaki bowl joint with the traditional sambal and sriracha as the hot sauce with the option of avocado topping as an add-on. Nothing special. I prefer flame broilers magic sauce and red/green hot sauce over this. Workers are really nice though.
I’ve been to the other location but this one is closer to home. Just as delicious as the bellflower location! Highly recommend!
Teriyaki House Grill #2 surprised the heck out of me. Passed by here for dinner after the Santa Fe Swapmeet. Dined in with my family. The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone left satisfied. No complaints, ill definitely be back. 5 stars
Delicious just like the bellflower location always go to the bellflower location but now to the la mirada since it's super close to home in whittier got the chicken and shrimp plate and it was yummy like I've said before everything is cooked to order and fresh outstanding food and customer service third time at la mirada location and always same great quality 100% recommended 10+ stars in my book thanks teriyaki house grill. ??
I love to try new places and have been disappointed by many places since the pandemic. But this place did not disappoint! we got the combo fries with chicken and beef and a small chicken with veggies bowl for babies. the chicken was seasoned good but the beef was the star of the show. Teriyaki House grill will definitely be on short list of places I will frequently stop for a bite to eat.
I ordered a small pork bowl with grilled onions. Relatively short wait to receive my order. The guy at the counter offered grilled jalapeño that they have pre made next to the condiments. I took a pass on it,, but they did look fresh.. The food was hot and a decent amount of meat. They have avocado to add and from what I saw it was a plenty and looked very fresh.
