This place is so unprepared. If you go there they will tel you they don’t have chicken sandwiches… or one time they said they only had sides. WTH? How are they even open.
Went there last week on Tuesday and i got a racist remark from the cashier. They also had there door open which made it not enjoyable to eat your food without battling flies on a hot day. I would not recommend this place.
Horrible customer service, the manager needs to be fired from this place. She was/is extremely rude. I'll never purchase a meal from this establishment ever again. I feel sorry for the employees that work for her, I can tell they are terrified of her from her belligerent rants. I sent an email to Popeyes Customer Service and ZERO response, seems like their company culture lines up with the managers. Popeyes obviously doesn't care about their customers.
Chicken was so dry, and crust was hard as rock. I felt like I was going to chip a tooth. I never had this problem before. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff.
I went in it was so clean n great customer service. The chicken strips , sides, biscuits ? very tasty. Will be back for ?.
Placed an order with door dash. This location did not send 2 of the 3 meals ordered. Went to the store myself to reorder missing items. After paying in the drive thru they had me wait in front of the store for 2 items. Waited an additional 15 mins and went back inside to get my order. The location was not busy at the time and drive thru had been empty when i arrived .
You seem to have a lot of supply chain problems and keeping all the chicken available, but the food is really good and the employees I really friendly.
I always loved Popeyes chicken and their beans and rice Louisiana style are top notch, if only the beans and rice side orders would be a bit bigger all would be wonderful!!!
3/22/2022 = 3 Star = order here many times and requesting only thigh part , but don't give ut to you, but this time we order and said okey but when we get home only i thigh . Other branch are okey , Minus 2 star , will try again in the future.12/14/19 = 5 star = Im so excited!
I’m a doordash driver and I recommend don’t take order from here you will loose a lot of time the employees they just standing waiting for the costumer to basically start the order is really bad they got to get better and work as a team they have about 10 people inside and a full line of costumer smh ?♂️
